酞菁//聚丙烯腈复合纳米纤维材料的制备表征及性质研究

摘  要: 本文尝试采用溶剂热法和静电纺丝技术相接合的方法合成酞菁//聚丙烯腈的复合纳米纤维材料,即以高分子聚丙烯腈/(PAN/)为载体,把合成酞菁的原料邻苯二腈与聚丙烯腈通过溶胶—凝胶过程,采用静电纺丝技术纺成前躯体纤维,把前驱体纤维和合成酞菁的其他原料由乙二醇为溶剂在反应釜中合成了Cd、Ni、Cu等金属酞菁//聚丙烯腈的纳米纤维复合材料。探讨了反应物浓度和反应时间对所合成酞菁形貌的影响,此外对目标化合物进行了电子扫描电镜、紫外可见光谱及红外光谱表征。 结果表明:/(1/)由不同金属镉、铜、镍的盐为配体形成的酞菁//聚丙烯腈复合纳米纤维材料,酞菁在纤维上生长的形貌不同,粒径大小也不同。/(2/)反应物浓度对酞菁的形貌影响很大,浓度不同,镉酞菁在纤维上分别有类似立方体状、球状等形貌。/(3/)反应时间对酞菁的形貌也有影响,反应时间不同,镉酞菁在纤维上可以生成类似立方体状、棉花状、刺状等形貌。 The solvethermal and electrospinning method to sythesize the Pc//PAN nano-fiber compound was tried in this paper. The PAN which was served as carrier combined with the 1,2-dicyanobenzene by sol-gel process, then the solution was processed into the precursor which was added into glycol together with Cd、Ni、Cu phthalocyanine compound in reactionkettle. The effects of the variations in concentration and reaction time on the morphology of Pc were studied. The products were characterized by scanning electron microscope /(SEM/), infrared spectra /(IR/), ultravidet sprctra /(UV-vis/). The results show that /(1/) The morphology and particle size of PC varied due to different metals Ni, Cd, Cu as ligands sin Pc//PAN. /(2/) The concentration influenced the morphology greatly, Cd-Pc on the fiber were cube and sphere respectively with different concentrations. /(3/) The time of this reaction also influencued the morphology, Cd-Pc on the fiher were cube、cotton and thorn respectively with different times.
