摘　　要： 生态城市强调经济、社会与自然的协调发展,实现人类聚居地的人与人及人与自然的和谐共处。这样一种城市发展的模式对于解决快速城市化所带来的诸如资源紧张、人口膨胀、环境污染问题无疑是很好的思路和选择。正因如此,生态城市已成为当前国内外研究的一个热点。 本文以西北干旱区特大城市—乌鲁木齐市为研究对象,从经济、社会、自然三个方面入手,对其生态城市建设状况进行了研究。论文首先对生态城市的基本理论进行了综述,分析了国内外研究的现状。然后对乌鲁木齐市的生态系统概况从自然地理概况、经济社会发展概况和环境质量状况三个方面作了介绍。在此基础上,参考现有研究和国家标准,结合乌鲁木齐市城市实际,充分咨询专家意见,构建了基于研究对象实际情况的生态城市评价指标体系。利用综合指标评价模型对乌鲁木齐市生态城市建设状况进行评价,得出其生态化水平处于一般水平。随后对指标体系的各级指标进行了分析,找出乌鲁木齐市生态城市建设的优势和不足。最后,在分析评价的基础上,基于指标分析结果针对性地提出了乌鲁木齐市生态城市建设的对策措施。 Eco-city puts emphasize on coordinated development of economy、society and nature, thus to realize harmony between humans、human and nature. Such a city development mode is undoubtedly a smart thinking and choice as an answer to problems such as lack of resource、population explosion and polution brought by the fast urbanization. Accordingly, eco-city has become a hot subject of research around home and abroad. This paper takes Urumqi—a metropolis of northwest of China as the research object,and carries on study on its eco-city construction from economy、society and nature. At first the paper theoretically expatiates the basic theory of eco-city and analyses the current status of research around home and abroad. And then it makes an introduction of Urumqi’s ecosystem from summary of nature and geography、development of economy and society and quality of the environment. On this foundation, the author constructs an eco-city evaluation index system based on real situation of research object by consulting the current research and national standard as well as Urumqi’s reality and suggestions of experts. The paper then evaluates Urumqi’s eco-city construction with compositive index evaluation model and draws the conclusion that Urumqi’s eco-city construction is average. Subsequently, the author analyes each level of index system and discovers advantages and disadvantages of Urumqi’s eco-city construction. In the end , the author puts forward some measures for Urumqi’s eco-city construction based on analysis and evaluation.
