摘　　要： 移动跟踪定位空间信息服务/(Geographic Information Service, GIS/)是移动地理信息系统的一个新兴应用领域。它是结合地理信息系统与嵌入式硬件,无线通信网络技术,定位技术的一个新的应用,是原有移动GIS应用的扩展。嵌入式地理信息系统与移动智能终端结合实现移动环境下的跟踪定位空间信息服务,已经得到越来越多企业的认同,具有潜在的应用价值。 本文利用正在高速发展的嵌入式技术,结合嵌入式移动地理信息系统,针对当前移动GIS存在的一些问题,研究开发基于移动智能终端嵌入式设备的移动跟踪定位GIS系统。论文分析了基于嵌入式移动GIS的国内外研究现状以及国内外开发产品的特性和应用领域；分析了移动跟踪定位GIS系统的系统构成和各个组成部分所涉及的技术背景/(移动计算、嵌入式软件开发、无线通信网络,地理信息系统原理以及数据组织方法、数字地图可视化、GPS/(Global Positioning System/)定位技术/)的特点及应用；在深入分析当前现有移动GIS设计方案的基础上,结合在跟踪定位中的具体需求,设计了移动跟踪定位GIS系统的逻辑框架、功能模块,并根据条件选取了嵌入式设备软硬件系统平台、嵌入式软件开发工具和空间数据组织形式；利用VS 2008开发工具使用C++语言,开发了原型系统、对本文的设计进行了实验验证。实验表明,该系统除了具有传统的空间信息显示,放大,漫游,缩小,点选查询等基本的空间信息操作功能外,还集成了利用GPS获取定位信息,并通过短信息进行定位信息传输,从而实现点对点的移动跟踪定位空间信息服务。 可以预期,本文的工作和研究成果为移动跟踪定位空间信息服务系统的进一步研究、开发提供了一个可扩展的基础。 Mobile tracking and positioning Geographic Information Service/(GIS/) is a new application areas of Mobile Geographic Information System.It combines Geographic Information System, embedded hardware, wireless communication network technology,positioning technology.It is the expansion of Mobile GIS applications. Mobile Geographic Information System combined with embedded smart mobile terminal in the mobile environment to achieve tracking and positioning Geographic Information Service which have been recognized by more and more enterprises,will have very broad application prospects. In view of this prospect and development trend, this paper is to use is the rapid development of embedded technology,combined with embedded mobile GIS and problems of mobile GIS,research and development of a mobile tracking and positioning GIS applications based on intelligent terminal. First of all, the paper analyzes the embedded mobile GIS based on research at home and abroad, as well as the characteristics of domestic and international product development and applications; Then, detailed information and in-depth analysis of the structure of the mobile tracking and positioning GIS system and its various components of the technology/(mobile computing, embedded software development, wireless networking technology, geographic information systems theory, methods of data organization, visualization of digital maps,GPS/(Global Positioning System/) positioning technology./) involved in the context of the characteristics and application; Second, in-depth analysis of the current design of the existing program of mobile GIS and design of the mobile tracking and positioning GIS system logical framework, the module function, select the hardware and software platforms, embedded software development tools; Finally, The use of VS 2008 development tools and C + + language in accordance with the mobile tracking and positioning GIS designed to develop the prototype system; The system has space for information display, zooming, roaming, zoom out,
