分布排水泵站远程控制结构设计与实现

摘  要: 城市排水系统遍布整个城市,是一个广地域分布的复杂系统,泵站污水流入量具有非线性、大滞后性和随机性等特点,不合理的排放控制方式易造成泵站高能耗,甚至污水溢出污染。进入21世纪,环保和节能倍受人们关注,污水泵站的安全、高效运行自然而然受到越来越多的重视。 论文根据污水管网系统特性,详细探讨和研究了基于网络的分布排水泵站远程控制系统。首先,针对排水系统远程网络控制的要求,构建了既相对独立又相互联系的上位工控机为核心的网络控制系统和下位PLC为核心的本地控制系统,设计了控制系统网络组成及结构,分析了控制系统关键模块的工作原理,并结合系统构建过程中遇到的难题给出了切实可行的解决方案。其次,探讨了泵站排污节能机理,建立了城市排水系统优化模型,提出了改进型分段变频控制策略和网络协调优化控制策略,进行了现场运行试验,验证了控制策略的有效性。然后,针对本系统传感器故障引起的故障诊断失灵问题,提出了一种新颖的故障综合诊断方法,通过视频监控系统抓拍控制面板图像,识别关键关联信息,再融合传感器信息给出系统故障综合判定,实例验证了方法对传感器不正常运行导致的故障误报和工况异常报警具有良好效果。最后,针对系统人机界面,设计了基于组态软件的排水泵站界面监控系统,泵站管理人员可以方便地观测现场工况、历史曲线以及班组报表,变换机泵机组运行模式等操作。 Urban drainage systems are complex system with wide geographical distribution and throughout the entire city. Because of the inflow of sewage pumping station has characteristics of nonlinearity, time-delay and randomicity etc, unreasonable emission control method will cause high energy consumption of pumps, even pollution of sewage overflow. Since entering the 21st century, environmental protection and energy conservation have been always paid much attention. Safe and efficient operation of sewage pumping station have been received more recognition. Based on the Sewage pipe network system's characteristics, web-based remote control system of the distributed pumping station was discussed and analyzed in details. First, based on the proposed the security and efficient operation requirements of the drainage system, a host industrial computer network control system and a local back-up PLC control system was built which were both independent and mutually connected. The control system's network structure was designed, the working principle of modules was discussed, and Practicable solutions aiming at the involved problems encountered in the process was proposed. Second, the paper discuss the energy-saving mechanism of the sewage pumping station, optimization model for urban drainage systems was proposed. Based on the sub-frequency control strategy and the improved co-ordination and network optimization control strategy, filed running test was carried out. The result of the field tests proved the effectiveness of the strategy. Then, a novel comprehensive fault diagnosis method based on video monitoring was presented aiming at the problem of diagnostic failures caused by sensor fault. The fault diagnosis can be made using the correlative key parameters and real-time operation data of the urban drainage system. Application of the system verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the method, especially under the abnormal operating conditions. Finally, an interface monitoring system of the pumping station was proposed based on configuration software. Pumping Station managers can easily observe the site conditions, historical curve and team reports, also can change the operation mode of machine and pump.
