摘　　要： 在采购与物料管理的工作中,除一般直接用于生产或组装的零件或原料以外,还有许多金额不大但却不可缺少的维修备品、杂项物件等物料需要采购。 本文立足于A事业单位研究备件的管理方法。由于备件的特点是没有办法事先周详的计划准备,且需求的发生没有明显的规律性,因此预测较为困难,对采购人员工作的开展产生较大难度。在实际工作中,备品备件的库存管理,由于备品备件使用的无规律性,也使库房管理方面的难度变大。 A单位属于事业单位教学机构,课程偏重实训部分的教学/(主要以汽车维修实训课程/),在多次实训教学后,相关教学设备的损坏率也较高,因而,需要大量的实训备用配件,而相关备件种类也占库存的大部分/(高峰时可达50/%～65/%/)。 本文结合A单位的备品备件需求情况进行相关分析,研究现有备件采购模式、备件的库存模式,通过建立线性规划模型进行分析,并利用线性回归对相关数据进行趋势分析,研究相关采购的流程与环节,指出存在的问题,并针对供应商的情况提出改进的设想,结合MRO、JMI管理模式分析A单位的持续改进方向。 本文架构一共分为五个部分:第一部分:绪论主要分析了本文的写作背景、研究目的、文献综述、研究范围等问题;第二部分:现有备件备品库存模式特点,主要阐述了A单位主要备件的分类、历年需求情况的分析及存在问题;第三部分:结合A单位情况,提出备品备件的优化方案;参考JMI管理方法对现有管理方案进行改进,并通过数据对比,检验方案在中小单位运用的可行性。最后,展望备件管理的发展方向,对联合库存的模式进行探讨;第四部分:结合A单位情况,验证备件库存优化方案的可行性。 In the process of purchase and material management, apart from the spare parts directly used in production and assembly, there are a lot of inexpensive indispensable maintenance spare parts, articles and materials needing purchase. It is difficult for purchaser to work just because these spare parts and materials can’t be previously carefully prepared and adequately stored. The need to these parts and materials is irregular and difficult to predict. Moreover, it is difficult for stock management as well because of the irregularity of the use of spare parts and materials. A institution is a public teaching institution, curriculums have a bias toward training teaching /(mainly automobile maintenance training courses/). After several times of training teaching, the damaging rate of the relevant teaching equipments is quite high. Therefore, lots of relevant spare parts are needed to store, which occupies majority of the balance of the stock. /(50/%-65/% at the peakperiod /) Combining with the necessity of the spare parts of A institution, this article studies the current spare parts purchasing and storing style, analyzes the flow and steps of purchasing, points out the existing problems, puts forwards some improving suggestions to suppliers, and analyzes the continuous improving directions of A institution under MRO, JMI management styles. This article is divided into five parts. The first part: mainly introducing the research background, research purpose , documents summaries, and research ranges; The second part: introducing the current stock styles of spare parts and materials; The third part: mainly stating the classification, the requirements of spare parts in the past years and existing problems of A institution,putting forwards the optimized plan to spare parts storing and management of A institution with reference to JMI management style, by data comparison to test the possibility of the plan operated in medium and small sized institution, and finally, author discusses the style of j
