摘　　要： 在本文中,作者根据实验教学及实验室日常管理工作内容及事务流程、使用者与管理者的具体情况,结合长期在实验室工作的经验,提出了为实验室的管理者、开展实验教学的教师、在实验室进行实验及科研活动的学生等角色人员提供一个统一的系统平台。系统平台按照在实验室发生的实验教学及管理环节中不同角色的需求进行设计,系统包括用户管理、实验室教学信息管理、实验教学过程管理、开放实验室管理、设备管理等主要功能。 与现有的管理系统比较,较全面考虑了实验室管理人员在日常管理中涉及的工作及产生的相应信息、数据与处理。对教学实验室的管理细化到角色人员的具体事务,提高了系统的实用性与对象的适用性。对实验室管理与教学起到了系统化管理的作用,简化工作流程,减少流程中各种纸质材料的使用,方便各类数据的存储与查询,促进管理效率的提高。 计算机专业中硬件类实验室与其他实验室相比,学生进行实验操作的设备依赖性强,更强调实验室的开放。本文中系统的实现以计算机体系与结构实验室为例。管理系统使用ASP.NET、SQL Server 2000进行设计,采用B//S模式。根据不同的使用对象,设定相应的权限访问相关的数据,查询、管理跟自己事务处理相关的内容,这样有利于系统的开发与维护,提高了系统的安全性,同时又减轻了管理员的工作量,还可以提供相关的数据报表,该系统可以为实验室及实验教学提供有效的管理手段。 In this thesis, according to the content and business process of the experiment teaching and the daily management task of laboratory, and the concrete circs of users and managers, integrate with the experience of laboratory long time working, the author proposed to provide a uniform system platform for the laboratory’s managers and the teachers who have experiment course, also the students who have experiment in the laboratory or have other scientific research activity. The management system designed based on different role’s requirement that occur in experiment teaching and managements of laboratory, its main function consist of users management, laboratory teaching information management, experiment teaching process management, opening of laboratory management, equipments management. Compare with other existing management system, this teaching laboratory management system consider all-sided of the task that relate to the daily management of the laboratory and the information or data that produce in it also with its’disposal. The management of teaching laboratory has makes it in detail of role member’s concrete circs; improve the practicability and applicability of the system. It has systematic management function to the laboratory and experiment teaching, makes the work process predigest, and reduce using all kinds of paper material in it. And, makes it easy to store or query the different data produce in the process, promotes improvement of management efficiency. The hardware laboratory of computer specialty, compare with other laboratory, when the students want to have their experiments he depend more on the equipment, so it should emphasize more of opening laboratory. In this thesis, the implementation of the system is sample on the computer system and structure laboratory. The management system is designed by using ASP.NET and SQL Server 2000, adopt Browser-Server mode. According to different user, the system setting relevant popedom to access interrelated data, query and manage the pertinent content with his transaction processing, thus, it can be propitious to design the system and its’maintenance, so as to improve the security of the system, at the same time it lighten the manager’s workload by using the system, and it can provide interrelated data report forms. In this way, the system can provide an effective management instrument for laboratory and experiment teaching.
