摘　　要： 随着信息技术的飞速发展,软件开发规模越来越庞大,传统的管理方式己经越来越不适应软件开发项目的发展需要,迫切需要将现代项目管理引入到软件开发项目中。作为项目管理九大知识体系之一的进度管理是项目管理三大管理职能之一,是项目管理的一个重要分支。进度控制是保证项目按期完成的关键管理环节。 软件开发是一项高难度复杂的工作,在软件开发的项目管理过程中,进度管理是决定项目能否成功的关键内容。本文对软件开发项目的项目管理技术方法和工具进行系统研究,为类似的软件开发项目提供进度管理相关的参考。 本文首先简单论述项目管理及软件项目管理各自的特点,然后对项目进度管理的基础理论和技术方法/(网络计划技术、PERT -计划评审技术、CCPM -关键链技术/)进行深入的系统研究,接着构建基于PERT和CCPM相结合的进度管理方法,并且通过实际案例华南物流软件开发项目的详细分析,重点探讨了基于PERT和CCPM相结合的进度管理方法优化改进华南物流软件开发项目的进度管理过程,证实基于PERT和CCPM相结合的进度管理方法可以有效地缩短项目工期,并提高项目满足进度与预算约束的能力。 Developing software is a highly complex task. The topic of this thesis is about how to carry out this task in a systematic and high-efficient way. Today, Project Management is one of the main instruments to ensure software quality and improve development efficiency within the software engineering sector, and Project Schedule Management is the key element which decided whether the project does succeed. The thesis mainly discussed the basic theory and technique of project schedule management/(Network Planning Technology, Program Evaluation and Review Technique, Critical Chain Project Management/), and set up the method for PERT and CCPM. For the project of Software Development of SC Logistics, we anylized the schedule management in detail and figure out the problem existed. Finally we optimized it based on the theoretic method. These demonstrate that the method can effectively shorten the project duration and improve project success rate.
