摘　　要： 制造业发展到今天,在日益竞争激烈的环境下,随着微利时代的到来,企业对产品质量、生产效率、制造成本的追求越来越高,如何利用最新的技术帮助管理生产现场,成为越来越多的企业管理者思考的问题。信息化技术作为前沿的科学,在各行各业都备受关注。 生产现场的管理,通常借助于有效的管理方法。例如,在控制产品质量方面,质量部门会借助于如统计过程控制等质量管理工具对产品质量进行监控,当产品质量出现偏差时可以被发现并纠正。同样的,在提高生产效率方面,维修部门会借助于如全局设备效率等设备管理工具对设备进行监控,当设备故障时维修工程师可以识别并进行针对性的维修。今天的生产现场管理,已经由传统的压迫式管理变成自主管理。生产现场操作人员由原来的被管理角色,变成今天生产现场的主人角色,对现场的设备、物料、环境、方法等生产条件负责,以实现实时地控制现场,避免效率的损失,并强调产品质量是制造出来的,而非检测出来的。 如果能将生产现场的管理方法,结合信息化技术,基于统计过程控制平台,成为有效控制生产过程质量、效率的工具,势必对生产现场的管理起到非常积极的作用。这就是本人的论文研究工作,以期通过A公司的实例分析,论证论题的可行性和有效性,为该方面的理论提供一定的应用基础。 Today, with the increasingly competition, manufacturing play as a low profit role, and seek to efficiently produce quality product with low cost. The question is how to use the new technology to manage production workshop. However, as a front line science, informationization were applied to every trade. Generally, management of production workshop turn to effective management method. For example, for monitoring the product quality, quality deparment will use the quality control tools such as Statistical Process Control which could find and correct the deviation of quality. Similarily, for improving the production efficiency, maintenance team will focus on the equipment running state by means of such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness, and find and repair the point of breakdown. But today’s workshop management was changed from oppression to self-determination, the role of front operator was changed from being managed to self-management. The operator will be in charge of all the production elements including machine, material, method and environment etc. so that could timely control on-the-spot avoided the loss of product quality and production effectiveness. Meanwhile, the self-management emphasized producing quality but not inspected quality. If the production workshop management’s method combine with informatization, then the platform based on Statistical Process Control is to be set up, which will be postive to workshop management assuredly. That is what I work in this article. With the expectation of application foundation to this theory, I have finished the study of feasibility and validity by analysing the A company example.
