摘　　要： 随着计算机科学技术和互联网的飞速发展,信息也正以人们难以想象的爆炸式速度在增长。无论是企业中的服务器还是个人电脑/(PC/)面对这么多突如其来的快速膨胀的信息都面临着一个重大的挑战。如何能够存储和管理好这些宝贵的资源并给网络上的用户提供资源共享和优质的服务呢?虚拟化计算和存储的技术的出现,是应对这一问题的重要技术体系。 MGC公司是一家三菱电机集团在中国的子公司,其业务主要为制造空调用压缩机。其信息系统从建厂以来逐渐增长,从最开始的5台服务器,100多台客户端仅仅几年时间已经增长到现在的20多台服务器,400多台客户端。随着公司的壮大,信息系统越来越变得重要,而用于信息系统的费用也越来越多。虚拟化服务器和存储技术的出现为MGC公司的信息系统提供一个很大的机遇。通过仔细的调研和洽谈,MGC公司决定对公司的信息系统进行虚拟化。而在这个项目之中,管理人员运用了很多项目管理的方法来确保此次信息系统虚拟化项目的高效和成功。虽然在实施过程中仍存在一些管理问题,但是项目基本上算得上是成功的。 论文通过对外资企业MGC公司信息系统虚拟化的项目实施的过程,研究企业对旧的信息系统状态虚拟化过程中需要注意的项目管理问题,从而确保项目实施成功,使得企业的信息系统更加高效,不再是企业的“消费部门”而为企业管理创收。 With the rapidly development of PC technology and Internet, The information is growing in a incredible explosion rate. How are we going to face to these great amount of information out of nowhere no matter for enterprise server or personal computer? It's quit a challenge. The key is the proper management and storage to all those precious sources in which way that we can provide them a good sharing and supporting service? Virtualization technology is the right information system on the table. MGC is one of the branch company of Mitsubishi Electric. The major business is compressor for air conditioning manufactory. Its information system is growing from 5 server,100 computers in the very beginning to more than 20 servers, 400 computers in a few years. With the development of the company, information system is becoming more and more important, and also the cost for the information system is getting more. Virtualization Server brought up plenty of opportunity to MGC, so MGC decided to virtualizes the information system after the specific research and multiple discussion in the meeting. they made a lot of effort in multiple project management way to guarantee the success of this virtualization project. Even though there are couple of management issue to work out, this project is basically succeeded. The thesis indicates the process of MGC information system virtualization, all the problem happened during the old system virtualized process, which makes it more efficiency, makes the information department no longer a costly department but also a benefit department.
