摘　　要： 建筑幕墙是一种悬挂在建筑物结构框架外侧的外墙维护构件。由板材组成的、悬挂依附在建筑主体结构上的、不承担建筑主体荷载的一种外维护结构。它的自重和所承受的风荷载、地震作用等,通过锚接点以点传递方式传至建筑物主框架。建筑幕墙因其重量轻、采光性好、能热胀冷缩、造型艺术时尚等技术特点,成为现代建筑特别是高层建筑不可或缺的一部分,是现代化城市的标志。 建筑幕墙测试作为对建筑幕墙设计施工方案的验证,是必须在建筑幕墙现场施工之前完成的一项重要工作,这项工作保证了设计施工方案的可靠性、安全性。由于这是一个试验性质的过程,在此过程中可能会涉及到建筑幕墙设计施工方案的修改——测试——再修改——再测试,直到满足相关的要求,因此需要花费大量的时间。建设项目建设周期的长短直接影响到项目的预期收益,需要在各个环节对时间进行有效的控制,本文研究的目的即为对建筑幕墙测试过程时间的控制。 针对上述目的,本文以万菱汇广场工程大型建筑幕墙测试项目为对象进行研究。运用项目管理学的相关知识,如项目分解/(WBS/)、网络计划技术/(PERT/)等,对万菱汇广场工程大型建筑幕墙测试项目进行项目进度管理,对工期进行优化,对项目进度进行有效的控制。改变以往靠经验管理的模式,有效的缩短项目时间,使大型建筑幕墙测试管理科学化、系统化。 项目管理在建设工程中的应用越来越广泛,本文希望能够为建筑幕墙测试机构管理工作提供参考,也为建设工程质量检测/(测试/)领域能否推广应用项目管理作探索。 The curtain wall is a kind of maintenance component of the external walls which is hung over the outside of the structural frame. It is made of plates, hung on the main structure and not sustains the load form the main structure. The dead load, wind load and earthquake etc., those load acting on curtain wall deliver to the structural frame by the point-to-point transfer way. Because of the light weight, good lighting, easy thermal expansion and shrinkage, fashion plastic arts etc., the curtain wall is an integral part of the modern buildings in particular high-rise building, and is a symbol of the modern cities. The curtain wall testing is verification to the curtain wall design, must be completed before the site construction and ensures the reliability and security of the program’s design and construction. Because the curtain wall testing is an experimental process, in this testing process may be involved in the curtain wall’s design construction program changed -- tested -- re-changed -- re-tested, until the testing is satisfied with the requirements, so it may be take a lot of time. As the construction period have a direct impact to the project’s expected profit, the time need effectively control in all procedures. The paper’s purpose is to control the time of curtain wall testing. For the above purpose, this paper investigates on the curtain wall testing of project wanlinghui square. Using the project management knowledge, such as work breakdown structure /(WBS/), program evaluation and review technique /(PERT/) and so on, the project is managed, the time is optimized and the progress is effectively controlled. The testing is scientific and systematic by changing the experience management models and well shortening the project time. The project management is more and more widely applied in the construction projects. The paper would like to provide a reference for the management of curtain wall testing and make some exploration for the management promoted in the field of construction quality and inspection /(testing/).
