摘　　要： 改革开发以来,广东凭借着敢为人先的实干精神,经济得到了快速发展,地区生产总值多年居全国第一,经济总体上处于工业化水平中后期,但面临国内外严峻的产业竞争,特别是当前,全球性的金融危机给广东产业发展带来了巨大的压力和挑战,必须推动产业升级,增强产业可持续发展能力,才能破解我省当前及今后一段时期所面临的发展难题,为此,省委、省政府适时提出了建设现代产业体系的战略举措。为实现我省建设现代产业体系的目标,人才特别是技能型人才是基础。随着我省产业升级和产业结构的变动,对技能型人才的需求必将越来越大。在促进我省建设现代产业体系过程中,技术工人的数量、质量和结构是关键。由此,广东中等职业教育应如何为建设现代产业体系提供更好的人才支撑,如何适应现代产业体系建设的需要,如何进一步完善自身体系的建设,值得研究。 本文对广东建设现代产业体系的现状与趋势进行研究,阐述了我省现代产业体系的发展方向和发展重点,分析广东现代产业体系发展对中等职业教育培养的技能型人才的需求;对我省中等职业教育发展的现状、存在问题及原因进行分析研究,并在总结德国、美国、英国、韩国、新加坡等国家中等职业教育发展的先进经验的基础上,结合广东现代产业体系建设的技能型人才需求,重点在中等职业教育的管理体制、教育结构、投入体系、办学水平、师资队伍、评估制度等方面,研究提出了一系列加快构建广东中等职业教育体系的对策建议。 Since the reform and opening up, Guangdong with the spirit of the pioneers of hard work, the economy has been rapid development, regional gross domestic product ranks first in the country for many years, the economy in general in the level of industrialization in the latter part of the industry, but it faces tough competition at home and abroad, especially in At present, the global financial crisis, Guangdong industry brought great pressure and challenges, the need to promote industrial upgrading, and enhance industrial capacity for sustainable development in order to break the current and future period of time in our province are facing development challenges that end, provincial government in due course put forward the construction of a modern industrial system of strategic initiatives. To achieve our province's goal of building a modern industrial system, talent, especially skilled personnel is the foundation. With the province's industrial upgrading and industrial structure changes in the demand for skilled talent is bound to grow. In the promotion of our province the process of building a modern industrial system, the number of skilled workers, quality and structure is the key. As a result, Guangdong, secondary vocational education should be how to build a modern industrial system to provide better pool of talent, how to adapt to the needs of building a modern industrial system, how to further improve its own system-building, is worth studying. In this paper, Guangdong, construction of a modern industrial system status and trends of research, described the modern industrial system in our province's development direction and priorities, analyze the development of Guangdong, the modern industrial system for secondary vocational education and training of skilled personnel needs; right middle of our province the status of vocational education development, problems and causes of analytical studies and concluded in Germany, the United States, Britain, Korea, Singapore and other countries the development of secondary vocational education based on the advanced experience, combined with the modern industrial system for the construction of the Guangdong skilled manpower demand a focus on secondary vocational education management system, the educational structure, input system, school level, teaching staff, evaluation system, the study put forward a series accelerate the construction of secondary vocational education system in Guangdong countermeasures and proposals.
