P32E座椅护板顶白质量改进项目的研究

摘  要: 目前,中国汽车市场处于高速增长的时期,作为汽车主机厂的座椅供应商,如何提高自己的竞争力成为当务之急,而质量成为取胜的第一要素,但由于汽车产业链的特殊因素,供应商的零部件有多数是外购,辅导二级供应商的呼声越来越高。 本文分析了汽车厂的座椅供应商DFJ公司为了实现自身的战略和目标,对二级供应商HYS公司进行质量改进活动的辅导,最终实现了品质提高目标的过程。以HYS公司的护板作为研究对象,首先简单介绍了座椅厂DFJ公司和二级供应商HYS公司的企业概况;然后,采取数学模型法、文献阅读法、对比法、试验法、统计分析法等研究方法,分别论述了项目可行性分析、项目任务分解、项目时间规划和项目方案实施等工具和方法在护板顶白改进项目的实用性;最后,总结出了在质量改进项目中的经常使用的项目管理技巧。 一般的质量改进项目通常只是关注质量目标的达成,对于进度和成本目标没有太多的考虑。本文尝试用项目管理的理论,把进度和成本的控制引入到质量改进项目中,用理论和实例分析了项目三大目标,即质量、进度和成本目标在制造业的产品质量改进项目中的实现过程,为企业实施更全面的质量改进项目做了初步探讨。 本文来源于制造工程,属于工程管理类的研究成果,希望这个零件质量辅导模型可以对其他制造企业起到一定的指导作用。 At present, China's car market was in high-speed growth period, as the car maker’s seat suppliers, how to improve their competitiveness ability became the urgent matter. Quality was the first element to win, due to the special components in the automobile industry, parts were mostly outsourcing, as result of tutorship supplier was more and more important. The paper has analyzed the seating supplier company which named DFJ in order to achieve their goals and strategy tutorship the supplier HYS company quality improvement activities, and then achieve the target of advancing the quality. This paper took the side guide board’s whitening improving process for research object. Firstly introduced the survey both DFJ company and HYS company. Secondly adopted all kinds of method such as the mathematical model, the method of literature, comparative law, reading test method and statistic analysis and other methods to discuss the practicability of the feasibility of the project, the project work breakdown, project planning and project implementation on the whitening improvement. At last the paper summarized the project management skills in quality improvement. Normally quality improvement project had been only paid attention to the quality objective realizing not to the schedule and cost objectives hardly. This paper was attempted to analyze the project three goals, namely quality, schedule and cost objectives’realizing in the manufacturing process of parts quality improvement project with theoretic and practice, using the project management theory to put the schedule and cost with the quality into the quality improvement /(QCC/) process. It is discussed for the enterprises to carry out more comprehensive quality improvement project. This paper comes from a manufacturing engineering, belonging to research finding of the project management. Hope the quality tutorship model may have some guidance to other manufacturing enterprise.
