摘　　要： 质量管理经历了传统质量管理、质量检验、统计质量管理、全面质量管理阶段,并逐渐形成相关理论和方法,如零缺陷理论,TQC理论,6σ管理等,这些理论在国内外得到了广泛的应用。 而我国混凝土排水管行业发展较缓慢,相对落后,在各地区的发展也不均衡,质量管理水平与其他行业相比差距较大。混凝土排水管企业尤其是中小企业由于行业或自身的局限,在质量管理理论和方法的引入和应用中往往会出了一些问题,有待完善。在国家输水管生产许可制度推行的前提下,如何尽快提高混凝土排水管企业的质量管理水平,使之符合要求是当务之急。 本文先介绍了混凝土排水管行业的基本情况,结合国家生产许可制度说明了混凝土排水管企业建立健全质量管理体系的重要性,通过在中小型混凝土排水管企业的典型代表WD公司今年在申办输水管生产许可证过程中的实践,对WD公司建立与实施ISO9001质量管理体系进行研究,以及针对不同的工序运用质量改进工具如直方图、控制图和因果图等来加强了生产管理与质量控制,这对提高该企业的质量管理水平,提高顾客满意度起到很大作用。在同行企业中也起到了一定的示范作用。 The Quality management had been improved through conventional quality management, Product quality inspection, Statistic quality management, Total Quality management stages etc. it had already built the related theory and working methodology, for example Zero defect theory, TQC, 6σmanagement and so on, which have been proverbially using in national and international. So far our country concrete sewerpipes trade quality management level developing was slower than international developed countries, and showed very non-uniformity among the different districts, and the related quality management development was slower compared to other trade. The concrete sewerpipes company, especially some little companies who was very weak in quality control and management wise, which need to improve in the related quality theory and tools application. As national concrete sewerpipes field porductioncertificate of authority has been implementing, how o improve the related companies quality management skill to meet the criteria that showed more and more important. The author will introduce our country and Guangdong province’s concrete sewerpipes rade basic status and prove the importance of optimization on company’s quality system building in the trade firstly, Then, the author will choose a typical concrete sewerpipes company, WD company’s actual case who was how to build and apply in ISO9001 quality system and how to use the related quality tools to develop company’s quality management shill and develop customer satisfaction level. Through summarizing WD Company’solution, the author hopes to give an exemplification of quality management for the other concrete sewer pipes trade.
