摘 要: 本论文分析了基于CPC环境下的协同设计实现的关键技术,并在此技术的基础上设计出WEB应用、设计协同和企业设计门户等系统框架,通过应用实例验证该系统的主要功能,并证明了基于CPC环境下的协同设计,在缩短产品开发周期,提高生产效率,提高企业核心竞争力方面具有的重要意义。 协同产品商务/(CPC/)包含以下核心理念:价值链的整体优化。协同产品商务是从产品创新、上市时间、总成本的角度追求整体经营效果,而不是片面地追求诸如采购、生产和分销等功能的局部优化。产品协同商务已经成为当今制造业一大信息产业应用主流。 本文主要是实现以产品数据管理/(协同设计平台/)为核心的系统设计和实现,同时将该系统基于CPC设计环境下运行。 经过一年多的努力,本系统已经初步完成,达到了预期效果。由于设计时间较为紧迫,有些功能还有待完善。 This paper analyzed the key technologies for collaborative design realization under the CPC-based environment, and designed the system framework of WEB application, design collaboration and enterprise designing gateway base on this technology, and proved that the collaborative design under CPC-based environment has significance in aspects of shorting product developing cycle, improving production efficiency and improving the core competitiveness of enterprise through applying the major functions with case verification. Collaborative product commerce /(CPC/) includes the following core concepts: the integrated optimization of value chain. Collaborative product commerce pursue the integrated operation effect from point of view of product innovation, time to market, the total cost, rather than unilateral pursuing the partial optimization of procurement, production and distribution functions . Collaborative Product Commerce has become a major information application in the manufacturing industry. Product virtual demonstration is widely used in current e-commerce and web-based virtual design. This paper classified the major demonstration methods and technologies, and described the typical technical principles and characteristics, and compared and summarized the mainstream technologies. This paper is to achieve the systematic design and realization with core of production data management /(collative design platform/) and to run the system under CPC deign environment. After one year hard working, this system is initially completed, and reached the expected results. Some features have to be improved as the time constraint for design.
