复合顶板煤巷锚杆作用机理研究

摘  要: 复合顶板煤巷围岩控制一直是煤矿开采的难题之一。一方面复合顶板容易出现冒顶事故,另一方面这类巷道围岩变形量较大,影响矿井的安全生产。本文采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场观测等手段对复合顶板煤巷锚杆支护机理进行了系统的研究,其研究内容和结果如下: 1、通过归纳总结文献资料中复合顶板的概念,给出复合项板的定义,分析了复合顶板的变形特点和破坏过程:以弹塑性力学为基础,应用弹性薄板理论建立了单层复合顶板力学模型并对复合顶板的破坏机理进行了分析;应用弹性基础梁理论和极限平衡理论推导了煤帮塑性区宽度和煤帮水平位移的表达式,进而分析得出加强顶板和两帮支护都能够提高煤帮稳定性。 2、应用组合梁模型分析了锚杆支护加固复合顶板的作用机理;根据锚杆支护围岩强度强化理论分析了煤帮锚杆支护的作用机理;探讨了锚杆的主动作用及锚杆预紧力对复合顶板煤巷围岩稳定性的影响。 3、应用FLAC数值计算软件,分析了复合顶板分层厚度、动压、水平应力等因素对复合顶板煤巷围岩稳定性的影响;探讨了锚杆长度、锚杆间排距等支护参数对复合顶板煤巷围岩稳定性的影响。 4、论文研究成果成功应用于工程实践。 In compound-roofed coal roadway, controling of Surrounding rock is invariably one of the difficulties in coal mining. First, compound roof is adpt to collapse ;second, deformation of surrounding rock is rather large, which affects safe production of mine. By means of theoretic analysis, numerical simulation, field observations and etc, bolt support mechanism is systematically researched. The achievements are as following: 1.Through sumarizing the conceptions of compound roof on literatures, the definition of compound roof is given, the deformation traits and failure process are analysed; Based on plastoelasticity, by applying elastic and thin board theory, Mechanical model of mono-layered compound roof is established, and failure machanism of compound roof rock is analysed. As to plastic width and horizontal displacement of coal sides, based on the theories of elastic foundamental beam theory and limit equilibrium, expressions are deduced, then, it indicates that stability of coal sides can be enhanced with roof enforcement and sides suppport. 2. By applying combination beam model, mechanism of bolt support for coal sides is analysed; Influences of active function and pre-stressed force on stability of surrounding rock in compound-roofed coal roadway are explored. 3. On stability of surrounding rock in compound-roofed coal roadway, with numerical calculation soft FLAC, influences of factors ,comprising thickness of layers, dynamic pressure, horizontal stress and etc, are analysed and influences of parameters, including bolt length, bolt intervaland etc are explored. 4 The research results of thesis are applied to engineering practices.
