基于工业设计的产品动作美学的研究与实践

摘  要: 随着社会不断进步,人们对于生活质量的追求也在不断提高。人们对产品的欣赏角度、审美情趣随之发生了重大的变化,这突出体现在消费者对产品的猎奇、逐新、与众不同的个性化需求。这种需求深刻地影响着消费者目前的购买行为和未来的购买趋势,这种趋势深刻地影响着产品造型设计侧重点的转变,致使工业产品设计的内容和形式都发生了巨大的变化。 我国工业设计经过了30年的发展,在理论和实践方面都取得了重大的突破,和世界先进水平日益接近。但是由于我国在工业设计重要组成技术,如信息技术、材料技术、制造技术、电子技术等方面的落伍,致使工业设计及工业产品跟国外先进国家相比还存在一定的差距。而这种由于技术所引起的差距在短期内还无法弥补。为了弥补这种差距,我们首先需要在理论上取得突破,然后通过新的理论来指导我们的设计。 人的感觉分为味、触、视、闻和听五个部分。要想设计出令消费者喜爱的产品,就要从这五个方面考虑如何满足甚至超越用户对产品的需求。工业产品总是要实现一定的使用目的,在实现目的的过程中产品或者产品某个部件发生位置或状态改变,这种改变包括位移、速度变化、运动方式变化、色彩变化、灯光变化、声音变化等。这些变化分别作用于使用者的视觉、听觉、触觉,从而使使用者产生不同的心理感受。这种感受直接影响到使用者对产品的可靠性、准确性、安全性、舒适性、科技性等方面的认知。本论文将产品或者产品某个部件所发生的位置或状态改变称之谓动作,并运用人机工程学、心理学、机械工程学、美学等学科对产品的这种动作进行系统的理论分析,并研究动作在产品设计中重要作用和意义。作者通过结合使用者的视觉、听觉对光、声、色彩、运动机构、运动方式等进行系统分析,并得出它们在使用者的心理形象,然后通过运用美学、设计美学对动作的要素进行分析,建立起动作形式美的规律。作者通过对动作美学和美学价值的系统分析,进一步论证动作美学的价值和重要意义,并通过上述的研究建立起产品动作美学的理论,并探讨提升动作审美价值的原则和方法。最后作者成功地运用动作美学理论指导汽车音响设计,证明动作美学理论是成功的。 产品动作美学的研究对拓宽工业设计师的设计思路具有非常积极的作用,同时对丰富我国工业设计的理论体系和提高设计水平有着非常重要的意义。 With the continuous development of the contemporary society, the people's living levels have been taken a rapid increased. People's aesthetical appreciation and enjoyment of product have been taken great changed. These incarnate that customer's seeking novelty and larruping demand for products. This demand impacts customer's current purchasing action and future purchasing trend, and this trend influences the emphasis of industrial design deeply, and leads to the content and form are changing greatly. After rapid development for 30 years, industrial design in China has been broken through both in academics and practices, and is closing to the highest level of the word. But owing to falling behind the component technologies of industrial design, such as IT, material technology, manufacture technology, electronic technology and so on, these lead to industrial design level of our country falls behind the advanced countries. In order to make up this gap in short order, we have to break through in theory first, so as to supervise our design through the new theory. Taste, touch, vision, hearing and smell are the five senses of people, in order to make the design meet people's favorite demand. We have to consider these five aspects of people's senses how to meet and even exceed the users' demand for products. Industrial product is always realizing some functions, during these processes product itself or one part displacement and condition will be changed, the changes include shift change, velocity change, moving way change, color change, light change ,sound change and so on. These changes act on customer's vision, hearing and touch, and make user produce different psychological feeling, this feeling directly influence on the reliability, accuracy, safety, comfort and advanced technology of the product. This thesis considers that the displacement of product and product parts, and the condition changes as action, and analyzes action with ergonomics, psychics, mechanical engineering, aesthetics, and studies the emphasis function and significance of action in product design. Author got user’s psychological impression by analyzing the lights, sounds, colors, movement machines and movement ways that combining with user’s vision and hearing. The author built up the form beauty's principles of action by analyzing the action factors with aesthetics and design aesthetics. The author further demonstrated the value and significance of action by analyzing the action aesthetics and its aesthetic value. Through above analyses author built up the action aesthetics, and discussed principles and ways to improve the aesthetic value of action. Finally, the author demonstrated the feasibility of action aesthetics by a car audio’s successful design which under the instruction of action aesthetics. The study and practice of product action aesthetics are help to broaden industrial designer's thought actively, meanwhile, enrich the academic system of industrial design and enhance the design level significantly.
