摘　　要： 第一颗人造金刚石自1954年世界上诞生已经50多年,中国的人造金刚石也已经发展了40多年。中国人造金刚石产业经历了超高压高温装置和超硬材料的开拓时期,超硬材料及其相关技术实验研究全方位展开时期,生产技术水平提高和大规模发展时期。中国现在已经是人造金刚石生产大国,中国生产人工合成金刚石的产能已经占全球人造金刚石产能的80/%。但是与国外工业发达国家相比,中国还不是生产技术强国。 本文对中国人造金刚石产业的现状进行了阐述。指出了中国人造金刚石行业面对的问题:产量越来越大,价格越来越低,中国人造金刚石产业的竞争力还是较弱,只是停留在低端产品上的价格竞争。 本文通过详细分析中国人造金刚石产业链的制约因素,指出了中国人造金刚石生产技术上存在的自身约束,并分析了来自国外竞争的威胁,阐述了中国人造金刚石产业还处在低端市场。作为朝阳产业的人造金刚石产业,中国人造金刚石还存在非常好发展的机遇,发展的空间还很大,尤其是人造金刚石60/%应用在建筑行业,27/%应用在机械加工和非金属加工领域,8/%应用在勘探采掘领域。随着中国城市化建设的发展,中国整体经济发展的速度增快,相关产业的提升和发展,拉动了中国人造金刚石产业的发展。 人造金刚石产业是建立在比较专、比较特殊的技术上,结合中国合成人造金刚石的技术特点,国家政策上和行业上的状况,为提升中国人造金刚石产业的竞争力提出了思路。指出了提升中国人造金刚石产业链竞争力的对策:政府的产业扶植,行业协会的协调,优化产业结构和提升人造金刚石生产企业的核心能力。 The first synthetic diamond had been synthesized for more than 50 years since 1954. The Chinese synthetic diamonds have been developed for more than 40 years. The Chinese synthetic diamond industry experienced the periods: Super-high pressure and high temperature device start up, the super abrasive and related technology was developed in a comprehensive way, the production technical level was improved and extensively develop. The capacity of Chinese synthetic diamonds has been 80/% of the global synthetic diamonds capacity. But compare to the advanced industry countries, China are not an advanced technical country. The dissertation explains the current situation of the synthetic diamond industry in China. Points out the issue that the China synthetic diamond industry confront: more and more volume, lower and lower price, the competitiveness of China synthetic diamond industry is still very weak, just compete with the price in the low end synthetic diamond market. The dissertation analyzes the restraints of Chinese synthetic diamond industry chain, points out the restraints from the Chinese synthetic diamond technology and the threat from the international competition, explains the Chinese synthetic diamond industry is at the low end market. As that the synthetic diamond industry is the sunrise industry, the Chinese synthetic diamond has the good development opportunity, there is mortal room for growth. Especially 60/% synthetic diamonds are applied in the construction industry, 27/% synthetic diamonds are applied in the mechanical machining and the none-metal machining, 8/% synthetic diamond are applied in the exploration and mine. That the urbanization development in China, quick China economic development and the improvement and development of related industry drives the development of Chinese synthetic diamond industry.
