摘 要: 科研水平成为衡量高校在新形势下是否具有办学适应能力和综合竞争实力的一个重要方面,科研水平高低对于建设研究型大学也有着重要的现实意义。而承担这些科研工作的高校教师,他们自身的人力资本结构特征也是影响其科研绩效的重要方面。因此本文根据现有文献资料进行理论分析,结合收集到的数据,进行相关统计分析,着重研究了高校教师人力资本结构特征对其科研绩效的影响差异,得出结论,并且提出一些相关的建议。 1.样本群体人力资本结构特征中各因素均分别对其科研绩效水平有不同程度的影响,其中在职称、年龄、学历及受教育层次这三个方面,样本群体的科研绩效水平是与其成正相关的,而其他的特征因素就与其存在一定的差异。 2.样本群体所属高校科研激励机制不够完善,因此建议该高校根据自身和教师主体的客观条件制定出相应的科研绩效激励机制。 3.样本群体中女性教师的科研绩效水平不及男性,本文认为与女性的社会角色有关,建议学校给予女性教师更多的关怀及优惠政策,以提高女性教师科研绩效水平。 4.科研绩效与所学学科和从事教研工作是否一致有正相关关系,所以本文认为高校引进教师最好引进与本专业相关的人才。 The level of academic research has already been an important aspect to measure if a university has the adaptability and competitiveness to run a school under the new situation.And it also has important practical significance in constructing the research style University.The human capital structural characteristics of the university teachers who do the daily research work can be an important aspect to affect their research performance.Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on the different effects of human capital structure on academic research performance of university teachers.Based on the theoretical and statistical analysis of current documents and the collected data,the following conclusions came out: 1.The structural characteristics of human capital factors in the sample group are all have different effects on their research performance.Among which,age,qualifications and education level are positively correlated with the research performance,while other factor's effects are different. 2.The school which the sample group belongs to does not have a perfect research incentive mechanism.It is proposed that the school should develop appropriate performance incentives according to its objective conditions. 3.The female's research performance in the sample group is not as mush better as the man, due to their social roles are different.In order to improve female's academic research performance,we suggest university should give more care and preferential policies to them. 4.The academic research performance,the specialty,as well as the engagement in teaching and researching work have a positive correlation.Therefore,this paper considers that it is better to recruit the teacher who has the relevant specialty.
