摘　　要： 在经济全球化深入发展的21世纪,粮食安全不仅是经济问题,它还涉及到国家政权的稳定。东南亚地区由于自然条件优越,自古就是重要的粮食生产地之一,然而由于惨痛的历史遭遇以及现实的发展限制,同样也存在粮食安全问题。本文通过再现东南亚粮食生产与消费的历史发展与演变,分析了现阶段东南亚粮食安全的状况,总结了东南亚地区粮食安全问题产生的传统原因、现实原因以及核心原因。作者认为新世纪东南亚粮食安全问题是全球经济结构的失衡所致,21世纪的东南亚粮食安全问题已经不再是单纯的粮食危机,而成为了复杂的非传统安全问题。 In the 21th century of deep development of economic globalization,food security is not only an economic problem,but also relates to the stability of state.Because of superior natural conditions,Southeast Asia has always been one of the important food production areas,but for the painful historical experiences,as well as the development of practical limitations,nowadays even in this region,food security is instability too. In this paper,through reappearing food production and consumption in Southeast Asia's historical development and evolution,analyzed the situation of food security in Southeast Asia,summed up the tradition causes,practical causes and the core causes of the food security in Southeast Asia. The author believes that the causes of food security in Southeast Asia is made by the world economic structure's imbalance.The 21st century's food security issue in Southeast Asia is no longer a kind of simple food crisis,it becomes a kind of complex non-traditional security issues.
