公立高等学校教师的工作压力和工作满意度关系研究

摘  要: 本文探讨了公立高等学校教师/(以南方A校为例/)的工作满意度和工作压力的总体现状和两者间的关系,期望借由本研究能进一步了解公立高校教师的工作满意度和工作压力问题,对学校的教师管理和政策制定方面有一定的借鉴或作为日后研究的参考,从而对教师进行有效的激励,提高教师的上作热忱。 本文首先对教师工作满意度和教师工作压力方面的研究做了较为全面的文献回顾。然后引用比较成熟的教师丁作满意度和工作压力量表对A校的正式在职教师进行随机问卷抽样调查。共回收问卷181份,其中有效问卷为169份。调查结果以描述性统计、t检验,单因素方差分析及回归分析等统计方法加以分析,最后根据统计分析结果得出研究结论。 主要的研究结论如下: 1、公立高校教师工作满意度与工作压力的现况 整体而言,公立高校教师总体工作满意度属于中等偏上水平,工作压力属于中等偏高水平。在工作满意度的调查中,对领导管理的满意度最低,对工作本身和工作环境满意度最高。在工作压力的调查中,以职业发展和工作负荷压力较高,在人际沟通方面压力最小。 2.通过回归分析,公立高校教师的工作压力对其工作满意度有显著的负向影响。 3.通过单因素方差分析得出,公立高校教师的工作压力和工作满意度在不同的背景变量上存在显著差异。 This paper explores the overall status quo and the interrelationship of job satisfaction and occupational stress of the teachers from the public institutions of higher education/(exemplified by a South-China university/) so as to utilize this investigation for further comprehension of the issue regarding the teachers' job satisfaction and occupational stress,provide helpful hints for the management of college teachers and the formulation of policies as well as useful references for future studies concerned,and in turn effectively stimulate and encourage the teachers for their greater word enthusiasm. In the first place,the paper presents a rather comprehensive literature review on the study in terms of the teachers' job satisfaction and occupational stress,and then it makes good use of the mature quantitative table in this regard to launch a random sampling questionnaire survey with the full-time teachers of University A.And among the total 181 collected questionnaire copies,there are 169 valid ones.The survey results are analyzed through statistical methods like descriptive Statistics,t-test,one Way-ANOVA,and regression.All these analyses contribute to the reaching of the study conclusions as follows: 1.The status quo of the teachers' job satisfaction and occupational stress from the public institutions of higher education.As a whole,their overall job satisfaction,registers medium-and-above level,and their occupational stress a medium-to-high level.In the survey of job satisfaction,the lowest is the satisfaction with the leaders' management,and the highest is the satisfaction with the job itself and the work environment,in the survey of occupational stress, comparatively high is the stress from professional development and work load, and the lowest is the pressure from interpersonal communication. 2.The regression analysis finds that the occupational stress obviously exercises negative influence over the job satisfaction. 3.The one way-ANOVA illustrates that the job satisfaction and occupational stress vary significantly in the context of various variables.
