摘　　要： 作为胡锦涛对外区域战略的主要组成部分,胡锦涛的和谐亚太战略是当今中国如何与亚太地区国家发展友好合作关系、如何为亚太地区的安全和繁荣作出中国应有贡献的指导思想。所以,研究好这一课题,有助于新世纪新阶段中国与亚太国家发展友好关系,也有助于和谐亚太的构建。本文首先分析了胡锦涛和谐亚太战略的成因,包括国际原因和国内原因;然后探讨了胡锦涛和谐亚太战略的内容和特点,认为胡锦涛和谐亚太战略的内容涉及到政治、经济、文化、军事/(或安全/)和环境保护等五个方面,胡锦涛和谐亚太战略的特点有系统性和针对性,重点是加强地区合作和注重运用软实力,等等;接着考察了胡锦涛和谐亚太战略的作用与地位,认为其作用是指导中国与亚太国家发展友好关系、有助于促进亚太区域经济一体化、有利于构建和谐世界、对广大发展中国家如何发展对外关系具有借鉴意义,等等:胡锦涛和谐亚太战略的地位体现在它是马克思主义国际战略中国化最新成果之一,在当今世界的国际战略领域占有一席之地,等等。希望本文在一定程度上能够有助于学术界对胡锦涛亚太战略和国际战略的深入研究。 As an important part of Hu Jintao's external regional strategy,Hu Jintao's strategy of harmonious Asian-Pacific region has become a guiding idea used to develop friendly cooperative relations between China and other Asian-Pacific countries and create security and prosperity of Asian-Pacific region.As a result,this research topic can help improve and strengthen diplomatic relations and build a harmonious Asian-Pacific region.First,this article analyzes causes of Hu Jintao's Asian-Pacific harmony strategy including its internal and external factors.Second,it discusses the content and its features of the strategy.The strategy covers such five aspects as politics,economics,culture,military security and environmental protection.It is comprehensive and pertinent.The strategy focuses on regional cooperation and the use of China's soft power and so on.Thirdly,after that,it makes an intensive study of the function and the status of Hu Jintao's Asia-Pacific harmony strategy.It helps to develop friendly relations between China and other Asian-Pacific countries and accelerate regional economic integration of Asian-Pacific region.Moreover,it also contributes to building a harmonious world and can be used for reference on how to develop diplomatic relations for many developing countries.Hu Jintao's Asian-Pacific harmony strategy is one of the newest achievements of international strategy during the Marxist Chinanization,and takes its place in the field of the current world's international strategy to a certain degree and so on.Finally,the author hopes this article will contribute to making a deep study of Hu Jintao's Asian-Pacific strategy and international strategy to a certain degree.
