摘　　要： 不断涌现的新创企业成为了社会和经济发展的一个重要基础,然而新创企业一直面临着融资难题和管理难题。风险投资与新创企业的成长休戚相关,它的存在不但为新创企业提供了赖以生存的资金,还可能带来意想不到的附加效应。 本文首先对以往相关研究成果进行了回顾;随后,通过比较分析指出风险投资的介入有利于新创企业的发展;接着文章研究影响新创企业成长的关键因素,并剖析风险投资对新创企业产生作用的机理,认为风险投资介入新创企业之后将在资本供给、创业团队、战略管理、市场营销、融资理财以及变革创新等方面产生重要作用,进而对新创企业的发展产生积极推动作用;在此基础上,以软银与阿里巴巴的合作为案例验证了风险投资对新创企业的积极作用;接下来,构建了风险投资与新创企业良性对接的系统图以及实现对接的对策建议;最后,对本研究进行了总结。 本文对风险投资在新创企业成长中的角色和作用所作的分析,不但有利于风险投资的有效运作,也有利于新创企业实现快速发展,期望本研究成果对风险投资与新创企业的良好对接会产生一定的现实意义。 The emerging start-ups have become an important basis for the economic and social development;however,the start-ups have been faced with financing difficulties and management problems.Venture Capital is closely related with the growth of start-ups,it not only provides the funds for start-ups,but also can bring unexpected additional effect. The paper holds that Venture Capital is indispensable for the growth of start-ups.Firstly,we review the previous studies,and then through comparative analysis,find that the Venture Capital is important in the development of start-ups.After that,the paper studies the key factors in the growth of start-ups,and analyzes on the effect of Venture Capital.The thesis thinks that the Venture Capital plays the key role in the following respects:capital supply,entrepreneurial teams, strategic management,marketing,finance management and innovation,etc.At last,VC will promote the development of the start-ups.Based on the study on the cooperation between alibaba and softbank,we can find the Venture Capital plays the positive role in the development of the start-ups.There are some problems exist in the cooperation,so this paper puts forward a series of feasible countermeasures and suggestions,constructs a new system to joint the VC and start-ups. Finally,the paper summarizes the research results and looks forward to the innovation. The thesis analyze the role and effect of the VC in the growth of start-ups,it is not only benefit to the effective operation of the VC,but also be helpful for the rapid development of the start-ups,it believe that the research achievements and the unique suggestions have certain practical value for the VC and the start-ups.
