摘　　要： 本文在前人研究的基础上,运用新增长理论、新制度经济学理论、产业结构理论、环境经济学相关理论分析了广东经济发展中基于环境保护和经济增长“共赢”目标的产业结构调整问题。运用环境库兹涅茨曲线/(EKC/)的理论范式,对1985-2007年期间广东省工业化进程中环境约束状况进行判断。通过研究发现广东省并没有出现倒“U”型曲线而是“N”型环境曲线,并在此基础上,分析中影响环境质量的规模、结构、技术三大效应进行了多因素分析,结果表明:代表性的环境指标变动中,结构效应在环境影响中发挥了重要作用。因此,政策制定者切忌盲目套用环境库兹涅茨曲线这一理论假说,漠视经济发展过程中的环境问题,应大力推动技术和产业结构的优化升级,促进知识型服务业、绿色产业、环保产业和循环经济的快速发展,使广东经济真正走上可持续发展的道路。 Based on the previous studies,the dissertation analyses the industrial restructuring aiming mutual benefit between the environmental protection and economic growth in regional economic development of China by ways of related mainstream theories such as new growth theories,new institutional economic theories, industrial structure theories and environmental economics.Using the theory hypothesis of the Environmental Kuznets Curve/(EKC/),this dissertation studies the relation between the environmental quality and the industrial change of Guangdong Province during the period of 1985 to 2007.Instead of the inverse 'U' shape of the EKC of Guangdong,this dissertation gets the 'N' shape environmental curve of. Based on this result,this paper suggests possible factors such as scale effect,structure effect,technology effect,affecting the shape,and the international trade,foreign direct trade also included.Among these factors,the structure effect has a great affection on the environmental quality.So it is important for the policy maker not to practice the EKC theory neglecting the economic situation in Guangdong.And measures should be taken to provide the environment worsen,and the aim of the industrial opitimization should be:accelerate the development of knowledge based economy,service industry,environmental harmony industry,environmental protection industry and Circular Economy.And finally we will achieve the goal of the sustainable development of Guangdong.
