摘 要: 推动科技进步和创新是促进经济社会发展和提高人民生活水平的主要途径,而推动科技进步和创新的核心力量当属一批拔尖创新人才。党中央、国务院在新中国成立以来的第一次全国人才工作会议中也提到:“新世纪新阶段人才工作的根本任务是实施人才强国战略,在建设中国特色社会主义伟大事业中,要把人才作为推进事业发展的关键因素,努力造就数以亿计的高素质劳动者、数以千万计的专门人才和一大批拔尖创新人才。”在我国,拔尖创新人才的缺乏仍是经济、社会面临的重大问题。 近年来,我国许多高校,尤其是研究型大学在拔尖创新人才的培养上进行了大量的探索。然而,相对于实践探索来说,理论研究还相当滞后。尽管也公开发表了一些相关的研究成果,但多数研究成果属于介绍和宣传自己学校的性质。本文选取华中科技大学作为案例学校,将案例学校的拔尖创新人才培养概括为三种基本形式,即以班级为单位、以基地为依托和以导师为纽带的三种形式,进而选择其中具有代表性的电信系提高班、电类创新基地、Dian团队作为分析对象,分别探讨了它们的运作模式、效果、经验与存在的问题。最后结合对华中科技大学拔尖创新人才培养的研究成果,对我国研究型大学如何更好地开展拔尖创新人才培养活动提出以下建议:第一,构建多元化的拔尖创新人才培养路径;第二,创建拔尖创新人才成长的有利环境;第三,注重精英意识的培养;第四,加强个性化培养;第五,在主动实践中培养拔尖创新人才。 The main way of developing the economic society and raising the lives of people is to promoting the advances and innovation in technology, and the key forces to promoting the advances and innovation is a group of top talents with spirit of innovation. The Central Party Committee, the State Council also mentioned in the first national talented person workshop that: The basic duty of talented person works is to implement the talented person strategy in the new century. In the process of constructing the great socialism enterprise with Chinese characteristic, we must put the talented people work first, and cultivate 100 million workers with high quality, ten million special talented person and a large quantities of top talents with spirit of innovation. In our country, the deficiency of top talents with spirit of innovation is still the major issue which the economy and the society faced. In recent years, many universities in our country, in particular research university have had lots of explorations in raising top talents with spirit of innovation. However, the fundamental research lagged behind the practice explorations. Although some related research results has published publicly, most of research results were introduced and propagandizes their schools. The paper chose Huazhong University of Science and Technology as the case school, concluded the raising of top talents with spirit of innovation as three kinds of fundamental modes which are the form of class , form of base and which based on superviser. It took the representative three kinds as the analysis objects which are advanced class of the department of electronics and information engineering, innovation base of electrocity and Dian team. and then discussed their operation patterns, the effects, the experiences and the problem separately. Finally unifies to the research results of raising top talents with spirit of innovation in Huazhong University of Science and Technology, the paper put forward the correlation proposals on how to raise top talents
