摘 要: 激光扫描打孔系统广泛用于非金属薄型材料/(如纸张、皮革、膏药/)的加工,其结构简单、可靠,打孔效率高,打出小孔密集、整洁。本文介绍了一种新型的宽幅激光打孔系统的原理和实现方案,这种系统的打孔宽度和打孔数都有很大的提升,并能与生产设备在线兼容。 文章在内容上分为光路设计、实验设备和光路调试与实验三部分。 光路设计部分主要通过实际情况和理论分析设计了设备的光路结构,采用分光以及单元化的光学扫描系统将连续激光变为脉冲激光,提高了打孔范围、速度和密度。对激光扫描系统中多棱镜及抛物面镜的工作原理进行研究,对结构参数进行了优化,降低了成像的失真度,保证了成像的范围满足实际需求。从各聚焦方式的比较中,选择了合适的聚焦系统方案,并对聚焦打孔的焦斑直径进行了估算。 实验设备讨论了设备制造和工作可能存在的问题。选择了光学元件的材料、加工标准,设计了设备中的主要光学元件的调整镜座,提出了所需要考虑的实际问题的解决方案,从激光打孔的作用机理推导出了与打孔质量有关的可控参数,设计了膏药打孔系统的控制系统框图。 实验部分包括后期实验光路的安装、调试,实验取得了理想的结果。最后通过实验比较,给出了各参数与打孔质量的关系,结果与理论分析一致。 Laser perforating system in scanning is widely used to perforate some thin nonmetal material, such as paper, leather and plaster, and so on. The system has many advantages, including simple and reliable control structure, high efficiency, dense and tidy pores after perforating. The principle and implement of a new type wide range laser perforating system is introduced in this article, the system is highly improved in perforating range and numbers and can be compatible with manufacturing facilities online. First of all, the beam path design, which is mainly about how to design this system according to the theory and practical requirement. Using the method of light splitting and the scanning unit, the system transfers CW laser into pulses to increase the perforating range and efficiency. It researchs the scan principle of prism and parabolic reflector,and optimizes the parameters of scanning system to reduce the distortion and ensure the practical scanning range. Through comparing implements of focus,it chooses a proper one and estimate the focus spot diameter for perforating. Then, the experiment equipment, which discusses the practical problems and solutions. It includes the material, processing standard and the mechanical parts design of optiacal element. It also induces the controlling parameter for perforating,from which we design the control system. At last, the experiment, which includes the installation and alignment of the equipment and analyzing the result. The result of experiment proves that the perforating effect are excellent and fits well with the theoretical analyzing.
