完井辅助决策支持系统

摘  要: 完井设计是油田开发过程中的一个重要环节。工程人员不仅要选择、合理的使用并整合大量的设计数据,而且还需要考虑当前的设计要求、今后可能采取的措施、生产条件的变化及潜在的问题等因素来对设计方案进行优选。因此,制定一套完井设计方案是一个相当复杂而又困难的任务。随着油田信息技术的发展,油田数据库建设的逐步健全,怎样有效利用油田数据信息来帮助工程人员加快完井方案的制定,也成为当前油田信息技术发展的一个重要方向。本文通过对完井设计工作流的研究,收集了大量的完井标准、规范和设计方案,实现了对完井知识的表达并建立了完井知识库。知识库中包含了完井方式选择、完井方式适应性、泵与油套管匹配关系、水泥性能及使用范围、各种工艺方案参数确定等诸多完井的专业知识和相关标准。通过对各种事实、规则、标准、经验进行存储,即可以帮助设计人员实现知识的积累和查询,又可以为系统的决策支持提供理论依据;在对油田通用完井设计方法调研的基础上,编制了相应的完井设计模型,建立了模型库,并利用ClickOnce部署技术和模型字典实现了模型的管理,通过调用模型来进行完井设计,使系统的结构变得更加紧凑,设计过程变得更加方便、快捷;结合数据库、知识库和模型库建立了完井辅助决策支持系统,以数据库为基础,通过知识库和模型库对数据进行处理并得出结论,从而实现对完井设计的决策支持。 The Design of well completion is an important link of the process in the development of Oilfield. The engineers usually not only should select, rationalize and integrate a large number of design elements, but also should select the optimum design scheme based on the present demand of design, the possible measures took in the future, change of production conditions and potential problems. So, establishing a set of design scheme of well completion is a quite complicated and difficult task. With the development of the oilfield information technology and gradually perfect of the construction of the oilfield database, It become an important direction of the development of the present oilfield information technology that how to use effectively oilfield data and information to help engineer accelerate making of the completion scheme.This paper collects massive criteria and standards and designs of well completion, implements expression for knowledge of well completion and establishes knowledge base of well completion which includes professional knowledge and related standards such as selection of well completion methods, adaptation of well completion methods, matching relationship of pump, tubing and casing, cement performance and application scope, parameters of different process scheme determination on the basis of researching for workflow of the design of well completion. Storage of various facts, rules, standards and experience not only helps designer implement accumulation and query of knowledge, but also provides theoretical basis for decision support of system. Through researching for general method of design of well completion, relevant models of the design of well completion are established and the model library is established. It makes use of technology based on deployment of ClickOnce and model dictionary to manage models , implements design of well completion on the basis of calling model and makes structure of system to become more compact and process of design to become more convenient and rapid. With foundation data of well completion, auxiliary decision support system of well completion established on the basis of database, knowledge base and model library implements function of providing decision support for design of well completion through making use of knowledge base and modellibrary to process data and obta/(?/) the result.
