摘　　要： 效率问题是经济学研究的核心命题。银行业的效率问题一直受到经济学家的重视,积累了大量的研究文献,银行业X-效率问题是目前这一领域的研究前沿。但是,梳理已有的研究文献可以发现,对于银行业X-效率问题的研究,大多为实证性研究,理论分析比较少,研究的理论基础薄弱。本文的研究试图在这方面有所推进,对银行业X-效率问题进行深入的理论分析,实证分析建立在坚实的理论分析基础之上。因此,本文的研究具有很强的理论意义。 本文对于银行业X-效率问题的研究,以中国银行业的改革发展为背景,实证性研究以中国银行业的相关数据为样本,研究结论和政策建议对中国银行业的改革发展具有较强的借鉴意义,因此,本文的研究具有很强的现实意义。 改革开放以来,中国的金融体制改革在有条不紊的向前推进。特别是20世纪90年代以来,中国国有银行开始推行商业化改革,各种新型的股份制商业银行被获准进入,中国银行业对外开放程度不断提高,中国银行业的竞争程度在很大程度上得以提高,经营绩效在总体上也有所改善。随着外资银行的进入,内外资银行在同一政策框架下开展业务,可以预见,中国银行业将面临越来越激烈的竞争局面。 在这种背景下,一个值得关注的现实问题是,在经历了一系列改革和入世五年的过渡期之后,中国内资银行的运营效率是否有了明显提高,经营绩效是否有了显著改善,是否具备了应对具有先进经营理念、完备监管措施和雄厚实力的外资银行的进入可能带来的冲击的能力。这也是本文所关注的问题。 本文的研究所要解决的问题包括:中国银行业股份制改革的推进,在很大程度上增强了银行业的市场竞争程度,而市场竞争程度的改变是否使得中国银行业的经营效率明显改善?到底哪些因素影响和制约中国银行业效 Efficiency problem is the core proposition of economic research. Efficiency problem of banking industry has been attached importance to economists. and many research papers have been accumulated. X-efficiency problem of banking industry is the research frontier. By combing related research papers, we find that most of the papers about X-efficiency of banking industry are empirical researches, being short of theoretical analysis. This paper attempts to advance the research, make thorough theoretical analysis about X-efficiency of banking industry, and make empirical analysis based on solid theoretical analysis. So this paper has thorough theory significance. The background of this paper's research is the reform and development of Chinese banking industry, the sample of the empirical research is accepted from Chinese banking industry, the research conclusions and policy suggestions of this paper have instruction meanings to the reform and development of Chinese banking industry. So this paper has thorough reality significance. Since reform and open up. China's reform of monetary system is prompting forward methodically. Especially since the 1990s, The Chinese State-owned Banks started the commercialization reform, each kind of new joint-stock system commercial banks are allowed to enter, the opening degree of Chinese banking industry to the outside world enhanced, the Chinese banking industry's competition degree also enhanced to a great extent, the management achievements of Chinese banking industry have been improved. After foreign bank's entry, foreign banks and domestic banks will develop under the identical policy framework. the Chinese banking industry will face more and keener competition aspect. Under this situation, the realistic question which is worth paying attention is. after having experienced series of reforms and five year's transition-period, whether the domestic bank's operational efficiency had a distinct enhancement, whether the domestic bank's management achievements had a remarkabl
