中小型自动化立体仓库的智能管理控制系统研制

摘  要: 随着企业现代化生产规模的不断扩大,自动化立体仓库管理与控制系统成为生产物流系统中的一个重要且不可缺少的环节。自动化立体仓库管理与控制系统是企业管理信息系统/(CIMS/)组成部分之一,其综合了现代物流技术、计算机应用技术、通讯技术和管理技术,它的开发研制能明显提高立体仓库作业的自动化程度。由于自动化立体仓库管理与控制系统可以提高物资的储运效率、减少占用空间等,因此得到了广泛地应用。 本研究根据973国家重大基础研究前期专项研究——基于RFID的网络协同商务链物流跟踪系统研究/(项目编号:2005CCA04900/)、浙江省重大科技攻关项目——SYCH水平移动式立体货架系统/(项目编号:2002C11028/)和浙江省自然科学基金项目——基于和谐思想的扩展型企业协同供需链管理理论和方法研究/(项目编号:2004Y604281/),以湖州德马物流技术有限公司为实际研究背景,开发了中小型自动化立体仓库的智能控制系统。 第一章,分析了自动化立体仓库系统在现代物流中的作用,并阐述了自动化立体仓库系统在国内外的现状与发展趋势。同时结合项目的背景,提出研究此课题的意义和主要研究的内容。最后简要介绍了本研究在开发过程中使用的软硬件开发平台。 第二章,概要介绍了自动立体仓库系统的设计要求和功能要求。针对自动立体仓库系统的设计要求和功能要求,详细地分析了所开发系统采用的硬件结构方案、网络结构方案、系统控制操作模式,并构建了实际开发的系统总体构成。并根据系统的构成,进一步分析了系统的信息流总体网络结构和信息流的实现过程。 第三章,详细分析了自动化立体仓库管理系统需求分析,研究了自动化立体仓库管理系统整体方案和数据库系统设计,探讨了自动化立体仓库管理系统设计原则,同时介绍了自动化立体仓库管理系统模块。并探讨了以入库作业为例的作业程序设计,提出了基于JSP的管理系统网络结构设计。最后研究了基于粒子群优化算法的出入库调度和基于多线程的管理系统高效运行方式等。 第四章,自动化立体仓库控制方案设计是自动化立体仓库设计的主要部分。本章详细探讨了自动化立体仓库控制方案设计过程。重点探讨了堆垛机控制方案设计和出入库台设计,研究了堆垛机三大机构的速度、位置检测与控制系统的方案设计。针对自动化立体仓库系统的通讯方案,研究了自动化立体仓库管理系统与地面控制台PLC的通讯设计、地面控制台PLC与堆垛机PLC的通讯设计、地面控制台PLC与触摸屏通讯设计和与仓储管理系统WMS的通讯设计等,并详细分析了它们的实现过程。 第五章,在详细论述了自动化立体仓库系统巷道堆垛机故障现象的基础上,探讨了应用故障诊断专家系统作为自动化立体仓库系统的故障处理方案。并结合实际详细研究了自动化立体仓库系统的故障诊断专家系统建立过程以及实现过程。 第六章,结合调试现场设备关键部件的照片对试验设备进行简要的介绍,然后介绍了试验方法。在此基础上开展了实验研究,最后对试验数据进行分析,并得出了试验结果满足设计要求的结论。 第七章,对本文各个环节的研究进行了总结,并针对其中的一些还需要进一步深入研究的工作做出了展望。 With the continued expansion of the scale of production of a modern enterprise, automated warehouse management and control system has become an important production and logistics system also an indispensable component. Automated Warehouse Management and Control System is a business or company management information system /(CIMS/) is one of the components integrated logistics of modern technology, computer technology, communication technology and management techniques. It can improve the research and development of three-dimensional warehouse operation and automatic level. Automated warehouse management and control system can improve the efficiency of the storage and transportation of materials, to reduce the space occupied. It has been widely used. This research bases on the projects of 973 nation grand basis prophase research item—"The Research on the RFID-based Logistic Tracing System for the Network-based Cooperative Commerce Chain" /(Item No:2005CCA04900/), the projects of Zhejiang province grand scientific and technological item—"The System of SYCH Horizontal Mobile Rack" /(Item No: 2002C11028/) and project of Zhejiang province nature science fund—Research on cooperative enterprise SCM's theory and method which based on concordant ider /(Item No:2004Y604281/), Huzhou Logistics company is regarded as the research backgroud, automated highrise warehouse of the current small and medium enterprises is set up. Chapter 1,automated warehouse system in modern logistics role and expounded the automated warehouse system in the domestic and international situation and development trend. Combining the background, the proposal to examine the issues and major significance in the study. Finally, it introduces a study of the development process in the development of hardware and software platforms. Chapter 2,overview of the development of automated warehouse system design requirements and functional requirements. Automatic three-dimensional view of the storage system design requirements and functional requirements, detailed analysis of the system developed by the hardware architecture, network architecture, system control mode Construction and development of a practical system overall composition. According to the system and pose a further analysis of the system of information flow overall network structure and information flow in the process of realization. Chapter 3,detailed analysis of the automated warehouse management system needs analysis, and automated warehouse management system overall program and database system design, discussion of automated warehouse management system design principles, together with the automated warehouse management system module. And explore a warehousing operation as an example of the process design, and the JSP-based network management system design. Based on the final study PSO algorithm out storage and scheduling based on multi-threaded system of management and efficient operation pattern. Chapter 4, automated warehouse control program is designed automated warehouse design component. This chapter is discussed in detail automated warehouse control program design process. Focus on the stacker control program design and conveying design, the three stacker of speed, position detection and control system program design. For automated storage and retrieval system of communication programs, and automated warehouse management systems and ground communications console PLC design, ground control's PLC and stacker's PLC communications design, ground control's PLC and touch screen communications design and warehouse management system communications design, and a detailed analysis of the implementation process. Chapter 5, discussed in detail in the automated warehouse system roadway stacking fault on the basis of the phenomenon, Discussion on the application of expert system for fault diagnosis as automated warehouse system failure treatment options. And in light of the actual detailed study of automated warehouse system fault diagnosis expert system building process and the implementation process. Chapter 6, debugging device combining key components of the photograph of test equipment for a brief introduction and then introduced the experimental method. In this based on the experimental study of the final test data analysis, and the results obtained to meet the design requirements conclusions. Chapter 7, all aspects of this study were summarized, and addressed some needs further in-depth study of the work forward.
