涨圈型旋转密封装置及其性能研究

摘  要: 论文对涨圈型旋转密封装置的性能进行了理论和试验研究,建立了泄漏量和密封间隙温升的数学模型,并进行仿真分析。然后利用开发的动密封试验台进行密封性能试验,对试验结果数据进行分析并将其与仿真结果进行比较。论文的研究工作主要有以下几个方面: /(1/)介绍流体密封的机理、分类、设计要求和选型原则;说明了流体密封性能的评价指标和密封试验;介绍了旋转轴密封技术的国内外研究状况;指出了本课题研究的意义、背景。 /(2/)介绍涨圈型旋转密封装置的应用背景、工作原理;分析了涨圈安装后的周向接触应力及其影响因素;从保证涨圈密封性能防止失效的角度,探讨了涨圈型旋转密封装置的尺寸和结构设计要考虑的问题;介绍了对涨圈密封件材料的基本要求及常用的涨圈密封材料;分析了涨圈密封的优缺点。 /(3/)介绍密封系统的性能评价标准;对涨圈型旋转密封装置的泄漏途径、引起泄漏的因素及其泄漏量进行分析,综合得到其动态和静态泄漏量;分析了涨圈两端压差,密封面间隙高度,工作介质粘度,旋转轴转速等因素对涨圈型旋转密封装置泄漏量的影响:介绍了涨圈型旋转密封装置工作过程中密封面温升的危害,通过理论和仿真分析,讨论了旋转轴转速、系统介质压力对密封面温升的影响。 /(4/)介绍涨圈型旋转密封装置试验系统的检测原理和构成,试验项目和试验流程;分析了系统硬件结构和选用原则;说明了系统中应用软件的构成;对静态泄漏量、动态泄漏量和温升试验的数据进行分析。 /(5/)总结研究工作并对进一步的研究给出建议。 In this paper, the properties of the piston ring sealing device are researched by theoretical and experimental methods. Establishing mathematical models of the leakage and sealing surface temperature and analyzing the result by computer simulation. Then carry out experimental studies by sealing property testing system, analyzing the datum acquired in the experiments and comparing it with simulation result. The researches in this paper mainly lie in the following aspects: /(1/) Introducing the mechanism, classification, selection and design principles of fluid sealing devices; explaining the evaluation criteria of these devices; introducing the researches history and status of rotating shaft sealing devices; pointing out the significance and background of the research. /(2/) Introducing the usage and principle of piston ring rotating seals; analyzing the contact stress surrounding the piston ring when it is installed and its influencing factors; discussing the issues should be considered in the design of the piston rings; Introducing the requirements to the materials of piston rings and the common selection; analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of piston ring rotating sealing device. /(3/) Introducing the performance evaluation standards of sealing systems; by analyzing the factors leading to leakage and the leakage channels of piston ring sealing device, figure out the volumes of static and dynamic leakages; analyzing the factors lead to the leakage of piston ring rotating sealing devices, the factors contain pressure, the height of sealing surface, viscosity of the oil and the speed of rotation axis; introducing the hazards of the temperature enhancement in sealing surface; by the means of theatrical analysis and simulation, discussing the effects of rotating shaft speed and medium pressure in the system to temperature raising in sealing surface. /(4/) Introducing the principle, structure, test item and flow of piston ring test system; analyzing the structure and hardware selection principles; pointing out the components of application software; analyzing the static, dynamic leakage and temperature data, then comparing the experiment results with theoretical analysis. /(5/) Concluding research work and further research is recommended.
