基于ARM嵌入式微处理器的温室测控系统研究

摘  要: 随着农业生产的发展和工业技术的进步,各式各样的温室在国内外得到了广泛的应用。温室测控技术作为温室生产中重要的一部分也成为国内外研究的重点。从上世纪八十年代开始,我国对温室测控系统进行了一系列的研究,并取得了一定的成果。然而从整体上看,我国的测控系统无论在智能化程度还是控制策略方面都落后于发达国家。从外国进口的测控设备由于能耗大、价格高,并不能完全适应国内农业生产的要求。因此,开发符合我国国情的温室智能测控系统,对提高我国温室产品质量、温室经济效益和温室生产现代化水平具有重要意义。随着以ARM为核心的32位高性能微处理器的出现,控制理论的发展,以及以太网技术应用的成熟,以此为技术背景构建一种新的温室测控系统成为可能。 论文在详细分析了现代温室各自的优缺点的基础上,对温室测控网络提出了一种扁平化的以太网解决方案,并提出了一种新的温室系统构架。这种新的温室测控系统与以往系统比较,更加智能化、网络化。同时在现场一级用以太网代替了传统的现场总线,实现了现场设备到信息管理层的直接通信,设备层、控制层和信息管理层无缝集成。论文主要研究内容如下: 设计了以ARM嵌入式微处理器S3C44B0X为控制核心的温室测控系统。硬件电路包括微处理器核心电路、数据采集电路、执行机构驱动电路、人机交互电路、实时时钟电路、声光报警电路和通信电路等; 完成了系统软件的模块化设计,主要包括数据采集模块、人机交互模块、声光报警模块、控制算法模块和通信模块; 根据温室环境属于一个非线性、多变量耦合、大滞后、时变系统,在软件设计中采用了模糊控制算法。 通过硬件和软件的联调,温室测控系统能够很好的对环境参数进行调� Along with the development of agriculture production and the progress of industry technology, all kinds of the agriculture greenhouse have been widely used in china and abroad. Greenhouse measure and control technology as an important part of the greenhouse production has been a key research at home and abroad. From 1980s, a series of research on the greenhouse measure and control system was done and the harvests were obtained in our country. But in view of the overall situation, Intelligentized degree or control strategy of the domestic measure and control system are lower than developed countries’s. Because of the measure and control equipments from abroad need superior energy consumption and price, It can’t meet the requirements of the domestic agriculture production. So, developing the greenhouse measure and control system which complies with China’s actual conditions will play an important part in improving greenhouse goods quality, greenhouse economic benefit and greenhouse morden production level.With the emergence of powerful 32 bit ARM microprocessor, the development of control theory, and the maturity of Ethernet technology, It’s possible to design a new kind of greenhouse measure and control system on these technology background. On analyzing respective merits and faults of the morden greenhouse, this paper puts forward a flat Ethernet solution for the greenhouse measure and control network., and puts forward a new kind of greenhouse system structure. It’s more intelligentized and networked compares with former systems. At the same time, replacing traditional Fieldbus with Ethernet in the feld realizes direct communication from feld device to information management level, device level、control level and information management level are integrated seamlessly.
