Wiper车刀片大进给切削性能研究

摘  要: 随着世界能源的日益紧张和对环境保护的重视,人们开始采用新型、高效、优质的刀具来提高切削效率、减少原材料的浪费。刀具材料和涂层技术的发展为提高切削效率打下了基础,通过先进的刀具结构设计能进一步发挥刀具材料和涂层的优势。Wiper刀片具有新型几何结构和参数,为了促进Wiper刀片在切削加工中的应用,本文对Wiper车刀刀片的大进给切削性能进行详细研究。 首先,分析Wiper车刀刀片的几何形状、刃口形状、主要角度,探讨CNMG型号Wiper刀片的设计原理:采用大圆弧连接刀尖半径与副切削刃或采用直线连接刀尖半径与副切削刃,通过这两种方法来减小副偏角,提高加工表面质量。并提出Wiper刀片使用中应注意的问题。 其次,研究普通刀片和Wiper刀片切削45#钢时的加工表面粗糙度。根据Wiper刀片和普通刀片的几何形状建立不同进给量下的表面粗糙度的理论模型,求解出两种刀片不同进给量下的理论表面粗糙度,并通过切削试验验证表面粗糙度理论模型的正确性。指出在相同进给量下,Wiper刀片可以大大提高加工表面质量。在得到相同的表面质量时,Wiper刀片采用大进给量进行,可比普通刀片的切削效率提高一倍。 然后,研究普通刀片和Wiper刀片切削45#钢时的切削力。根据两种刀片的几何形状建立切削力理论模型,求解在不同进给量下的切削层面积和切削层宽度,建立切削力的理论预测公式。通过切削力的理论和试验分析可以看出,在相同的进给量下,Wiper刀片所产生的切削力要大于普通刀片所产生的切削力。 最后,分析Wiper刀片的基本磨损形态。通过试验对比Wiper刀片和普通刀片切削45#钢时的磨损形式发现,两种刀片均存在的几种磨损形式为:刀尖磨损、后刀面磨损、片状剥落,只� Considering the decreasing resource and the importance of environment protection, people use new tools to enhance the cutting efficiency and reduce the waste of raw materials. The development of tool material and coating improve the cutting efficiency, advanced tool structure design displays advantages of material and coating sufficiently. Wiper tool is a new geometry structure of cutting tool. In order to improve its application in the cutting, the cutting performances of Wiper tool are investigated in detail in this thesis. The tool geometry, the edge geometry, the main angle of turning tool are firstly analyzed. Design theory of CNMG type Wiper tool is presented. Wiper tool uses short large arc or straight line to link the nose radius and auxiliary cutting edge. Thus, the auxiliary lead angle of Wiper tool can be decreased, and the machined surface finish can be improved. The application guidance of Wiper tool is also presented in this thesis. Surface finish generated in turning of 45# steel parts using conventional and Wiper inserts are secondly researched by theoretical and experimental approaches, respectively. The surface roughness models with conventional and Wiper inserts are established on the basis of the tool geometry. With the surface roughness formula at different feedrates, the theoretical surface roughness can be obtained for Wiper and conventional inserts. The experimental results are consistent with theoretical analysis. It is found that Wiper inserts could improve surface quality very well at the same feeds, and if the requirement of surface quality is the same, the machining efficient of Wiper insets can be double by using double feedrates. Research on cutting force in turning of 45# steel parts using conventional and Wiper inserts by theoretical and experimental approaches are thirdly conducted.
