产品设计中人机工程学的仿真研究

摘  要: 随着信息时代的到来,人们已对产品设计提出了更高的要求,即在最短的时间内设计并制造出符合用户要求的产品。这就需要设计者在设计产品的同时要考虑使用性、美观性与制造性。而其中的使用性就是要使产品符合人们的使用要求,人机工程学就是讨论产品如何适合于人的使用的一门学科。为了达到快速高效地设计产品这个目的,人们引进了计算机人机工程学辅助工程,它是将产品设计与人机工程通过虚拟仿真技术进行平行设计。能使设计者在设计完成时已经验证了它的使用性,比起传统设计方法,它可以大大缩短的设计周期,并节省大量的设计费用,因此它是一项值得推广的设计方法。 本文的目的是要说明利用计算机仿真的方法设计产品的有效性与先进性。并通过设计一个符合人机工程学的腰肌劳损康复器,来具体说明采用仿真法设计的高效性。 要使康复器有效,就要了解目前对腰肌劳损最有效的康复方法是什么,因此论文中分析了腰肌劳损的病因、治疗方式,寻找出对有效地康复运动形式,但是知道运动模式只是明确了设计的方向,并没有证明设计的产品是有效的,特别是当设计的产品不符合人机工程学时,该产品几乎就无法发挥其作用,本文就以一个目前被推荐的康复器为例,运用虚拟人体仿真的方法论证了这种被推荐的伸腰伸背器的不符合人机工程学,并通过实际考察证明了分析的正确性。在设计新型康复器时,本文以人机工程学中的生物力学分析方法为基础,找出康复运动中有效的力学模式;并在有效力学模式的基础上设计了一个符合人机工程的新型健身器,然后用虚拟人体仿真的方法说明康复器是符合人机工程学的,并具有比原始的康复运 With the advent of information epoch, higher requirement has been mentioned to product design; we should design and manufacture the product which meets our customer requirement in very short time. So the design should consider the usability, glamorization and processible in parallel. Usability means that the product should be aligned with user requirement; Ergonomics is the subject which studies how to align with usability. To fulfill the target of design a product in short time and high efficient, CAED/(Computer Aided Ergonomic Design/) was been introduced into product design. It is a important method to design a product and study the ergonomic in parallel by virtual technology. The design can verify the usability when he finishes the product design, Compare with traditional design method, it can reduce the design lead time and save huge amount of money. So it is worthy of being extended. The target of this theme is to explain the efficiency and advance of compute simulation design. By designing an strain of lumbar muscles recover equipment; it is approved that simulation design is efficient method. To design a effective recover equipment, we should know what is the best recover method for strain of lumbar muscles. The theme explain the reason of strain of lumbar muscles, how to cure it and find the effective exercise for it. But it is not enough to design a equipment if only know the direction of design. Especially it is nonsense if the product does not follow the ergonomics. In the theme, one recommended recover equipment is analysis by simulation, it is approved that it doesn’t meet ergonomics requirement. When the new recover equipment is being designed, the effective force mode is found by biomechanics. New equipment is designed by this force mode; the equipment is also analyzed by virtue body simulation and showed it was reasonable, even more it was approved more comfortable than original method.
