摘　　要： 中小企业在我国的国民经济中占有重要的地位,随着竞争的全球化和产品的客户化制造需求,我国中小企业面临着越来越大的挑战,推进企业信息化已经成为企业生存和发展的必由之路。ERP体现了世界上的先进的企业管理理论,给我国传统的生产经营机制带来了许多新的管理理念和管理手段。而当前很多ERP软件,都是为大型企业设计的,价格较高,针对性不强,以至于多数中小企业在信息化过程中遭到挫折和失败。因此,研究我国中小企业的特点,开发出真正符合其需要的ERP系统对于促进我国信息化建设和国民经济的发展都具有重要的意义。 本文主要分为理论研究和实例开发两部分,理论研究部分论述了我国当前中小企业实施信息化的存在的问题、现状及需求特点,分析了保障中小企业信息化成功的原则,在此基础上提出了基于敏捷思想的中小企业生产管理信息系统的开发思路,针对行业特点,抓住影响企业核心竞争力的关键问题,不求大而全,采用通用的软硬件平台和规范化的开发技术,以达到降低成本、易实施、实用性强的目的,确定了系统开发的指导思想及应用解决方案,并针对ERP实施成功率低的情况,提出实施敏捷ERP的策略。 在实例开发部分,贯彻理论研究部分提出的指导思想,在对成都某聚合物有限公司进行深入调研的基础上,面向中小化工原材料制造行业,以敏捷思想为指导开发了管理信息系统/(简称JK-MIS/),该系统以客户和定单管理为龙头、以物料需求为主线、以库存为核 Medium and small-sized enterprises are possessed of important position in national economy. With the competition globalizing and the products customized according to the requirements of clients, medium and small-sized enterprises will be confronted with more and more larger challenges. Boosting the enterprise informationization has been the only road to survive and develop. EPR manifests the advanced enterprise administration theory and brings many new management ideas and ways to the traditional production and management system of our country. Currently, much ERP software, however, devised for the large-sized enterprises, is expensive and insufficient in nationalization so that a few medium and small-sized enterprises are subjected to fracture and failure. So, based on the study about characteristics of the Chinese medium and small-sized enterprises, developing the indeed ERP system meeting the demands of enterprises is important to promote the informationization construction and the development of national economy of our country. This dissertation was divided into two parts: theory study and example development. Theory study part mainly addressed that the existing problems, status quo and demand property of carrying out informationization in current medium and small-sized enterprises, analyzed the successful principles to ensure the informationization of medium and small-sized enterprises, and proposed the developing ideas about product and management informational system of enterprises based on the agile method. According to the trade characteristic, grasping the crucial factors affecting the core competitive powers of enterprises and not pursuing the large and whole scopes, we adopted the general software and hardware basis and
