摘　　要： 从经济增长的动力看,工业是我国经济增长的引擎。中国工业的增长方式由于历史以及制度的原因一直是一种低效率的粗放型增长模式,这种增长方式表现为由于产业结构扭曲,技术水平低下带来的高投入、低产出效应,严重阻碍了中国经济的进一步发展。外商直接投资/(FDI/)进入中国,改变了中国工业发展的模式,促进了工业的良好发展。 FDI对中国经济发展的作用是多方面的。主要表现在FDI补充了经济发展中的资金来源、扩大了产出、增加了税收,同时也改善了投资效益、刺激了先进技术、提升了人力资源等。在中国所利用的FDI中,工业一直占有十分重要的地位。只有全面地研究吸引外商直接投资对中国工业将产生何种影响,带来何种变化,并据此而相应地对我国现有的外资政策进行适应调整,才能保证我国工业利用外资的策略沿着正确的方向发展。 本文首先回顾和整理了FDI在中国发展的历程与现状,用数据资料阐述了FDI在中国的发展规模、行业和地区分布;从中国工业产出、利税增长、资本形成等方面对FDI的贡献进行了分析,认为FDI促进了中国工业的增长。论文重点从FDI与工业增长的相关性出发,主要对FDI对工业增长进行计量分析,通过SPSS软件建立数学分析和检验模型,检验结果表明FDI对工业的各行业增长具有弱相关性。在定量分析的基础上,论文主要阐述了FDI对工业产权、组织、技术、区域结构的影响。论文最后探讨了如何更好地引导FDI促进我国工业发展的对策思路。 本文主要采用了图表法、函数法等基本的数量分析手段,结合运用定性分析和历史分析法,对我国工业发展十几年来的历程和现状进行了深入的研究,力图从定量分析的结论出发总结我国利用FDI对工业发展的实际影响。本文认为利用FDI不仅推动着中 The industry is an important power that engines our country's economic growth. The growth method of the Chinese industry has long been a kind of low efficiency because of the historical and institutional reasons, which brought about high devotion with low production under a distorted industrial structure. This was seriously obstructing the further development of the Chinese economy. The coming of FDI changes the mode of Chinese industrial development, promoting its development.FDI plays an important role in the Chinese economic development. The main performance of FDI includes adding funds source, extending production, increasing the tax revenue as well as improving the investment performance, stimulating the advanced technique and promoting human resource etc. The industry has occupied a very important position in the utilization of FDI. It is necessary to analyze the influence of FDI and changes brought by FDI. Based on it, this study carries out suggestions for adjusting the existing foreign capital policy of our country so as to guarantee our country's industry along the direction of the exact development.This thesis reviews the process of FDI and present conditions of FDI in China, elaborating the development scale of FDI, industry and FDI distribution by regions with data analysis on Chinese industry production, the tax revenue growth and the capital formation etc. It is believed that the FDI has promoted the growth of the Chinese industry. From the relation between FDI and the industrial growth, this thesis analyzes the effect of FDI on industrial growth by using the SPSS software. It establishes mathematical analysis and examines the model, concludes that FDI is in weak relativity to growth of each industry .On the foundation of the quantitative analysis, the thesis mainly elaborates the effects of FDI on industrial rights, organization, technology, the regional distribution of the industry.
