X波段(8~12GHz)相控阵天线的研究

摘  要: 本文从相控阵天线的基本原理出发,分析了8-12GHz 相控阵天线的T//R 组件,辐射特性,口面幅度分布以及相控阵的馈电方式,模拟了一个10×10的阵列的扫描特性。 从微带缝隙天线的基本原理出发,对微带缝隙天线的馈电方法,辐射性能,阻抗特性进行了分析,设计了一个8-12GHz 的双面指数渐变开槽微带天线/(vivaldi 天线/)。天线.由较低介电常数的聚四氟乙烯板制作,采用集成巴伦结构耦合馈电,有较大的带宽、较宽的3dB 波束宽度/( 90 0/),适宜于该频段相控阵面应用。文中重点分析了天线的阻抗匹配特性和方向图特性。 对vivaldi 天线的研究,人们主要注重于它的超宽带性能的研究,而对于它的波束性能研究较少,本文通过ansoft,CST 软件,除了分析vivaldi 天线的宽带性能外,重点分析了它的波束性能,并通过试验进行了验证,取得了预期的效果。 本文另外也设计了一个8-12GHz 波导介质填充天线单元和一个12-18GHz的波导介质填充天线单元,波束宽度均达到了90 0。 In this dissertation,the T//R module, characteristic of radiation, Magnitude distribution of the aperture and the the way of feed of the phased array antennas are analysed according as the basic theory of the phased array antennas.The scaning characteristic of a 10×10 array antennas is simulated . The way of feed, characteristic of radiation, impedance characteristic of the microstrip patch antenna according as the basic theory of the microstrip patch antenna/(Vivaldi antenna/). A 8-12GHz、double-face、tapered slot antenna of the microstrip is designed .The designed antenna is made by the medium with the lower relative dielectric constant . Integrate Balun structure is used for the feed. The antenna has the great bandwidth and great 3dB beam-width/( 90 0/). It is suitable for appliance in the phased array antennas in this frequency range.The characteristics of the impedance matching and direction are emphasized In this dissertation. In the research of the Vivaldi antenna, the designers pay more attention to the characteristics of band-width. However, the characteristics of the beam are not abtained sufficient study. Except the characteristics of the bandwidth,the characteristics of the beam are emphasized in this dissertation. The experiment has been done and the expecting result has been obtained. In addition, a 8-12GHz antenna and a 12-18Ghz antenna of the wave-guide filled medium are designed. The beam-width is both greater than 90°.
