摘　　要： 随着互联网和移动通信的发展,人们更多的希望随时随地的获取信息,例如通过移动设备获取天气信息和股票信息。企业员工也希望随时与企业中心数据库进行同步,以得到最新的信息。有了移动商务,这一切都会变成现实。 移动商务是通过手持移动设备进行的商务活动。移动商务可以高效的与用户接触,允许他们即时访问关键商业信息和各种形式的通信。 随着移动计算和信息访问需求的日益增加,企业需要更强大的移动和无线连接解决方案扩展他们的电子商务应用,提供最好的投资回报率,改善客户服务的质量,进一步提高企业的生产效率,使其在市场中更具竞争力。 商家、雇主、员工和消费者都能从移动商务中获益。对于雇主和员工,通过移动商务可相互沟通,访问公司数据库,管理行政任务以及改善客户关系等。除此之外,用户在空闲时间也能履行管理职责和完成任务。移动商务已经占领并正在进军的行业包括:娱乐、新闻、旅游、零售、金融、保险、房地产、汽车等。在可预见的未来,移动商务应用将会普及到我们工作生活中的各个领域。 零售制造业是典型的生产-销售型企业,这些企业常常需要大量的业务员全天候地采集来自四面八方的订单。过去,这些订单只能通过电话、传真、业务员拜访和客户联系等途径进行采集,并由此产生了大量的纸质订单。这些纸质订单必须通过输单员输入才能进入订单处理系统,这种传统的工作方式不仅需要大量的输单员,占用企业的人力资源,还有可能造成输入错误,影响订单处理效率和正确性,而且,订单的延时处理还会造成企业对订购量的错误预期。此外,企业必须迅速掌握销售与订货的信息,以便能及时地调整生产与供货。因此,在业务员、客户、分销商与中心处理系统如ERP系统之间,建立一个统一的数据交换平台,成为必需解决的问题。 本论文通过光明乳业的移动商务的应用,阐述了在企业内部部署移动商务的一个典型的架构。并为光明乳业部署了基于此架构的移动商务应用,使光明乳业通过手持设备可以方便的上传电子订单,提高了企业效率。 With the development of Internet and mobile communication, we want to get information everywhere and at any time, such as getting the information about weather and stock by mobile device. Employees of enterprise also hope to synchronize center database at any moment to get new information. Those will become true with mobile commerce.Mobile commerce is a business communicating with mobile device. It can be in contact with users efficiently and allows them to obtain pivotal commercial information and process all kinds of communication.With increase of mobile computation and information access everyday, companies need mobile and wireless connection solution powerfully to extend their electronic commerce, to provide best rate of investing, to improve service quality of customer, and enhance efficiency of product and to boost their competition in the market.Merchant, employer, employee and customer can benefit from mobile commerce. To employer and employee, they can communicate with each other, inquire the database of company, manage executive affair and improve relation with client etc by mobile commerce. In addition, users also can perform administrative responsibility and complete task in their free time. The field that had been occupied and are taking by mobile commerce are entertainment, news, tour, retail, finance ,insurance, real estate, auto etc . In the future, mobile commerce will apply in all fields of our life and work.Retail-manufacture company is typical product and sale company,These companies usually need lots of salesmen to collect order come from all place. In the past, orders only was collected by telephone, fax and visiting customer, and produced many paper orders. To enter system, these must input by manual work. The traditional way not only need lots of manual work and waste human resource of company, but also maybe make error in processing of input, to affect efficiency and correctness. Meanwhile, if orders do not process in time, company can make wrong forecast. Furthermore, company must hold sale and order information, to adjust ratio between production and delivery. So, the problem must be solved that we construct a uniform platform for data exchange in salesman, customer, center processing system such as ERRThe paper expatiates typical frame of mobile commerce formed inside company by introducing the application of mobile commerce of bright dairy. The application of mobile commerce that bases on the frame has been deploied in bright dairy, which makes them upload electronic orders convenient and efficient by mobile device.
