摘　　要： 为了研究解决我国高尔夫球俱乐部目前面临的发展规划缺失、产业结构不 合理、自然资源不足、经济发展条件制约等问题,为我国高尔夫球俱乐部持续、 健康发展,提供科学的理论指导,为政府相关部门研究制定我国高尔夫球运动 和高尔夫球俱乐部发展的政策、规划,提供客观、准确的参考依据,本研究以 科学的发展观为指导,运用定性与定量相结合、理论与实践相结合和比较研究 的方法,运用高尔夫球经济理论、战略管理理论、产业组织理论、产业政策理 论等相关思想、观点和分析方法、分析模式,借鉴利用国外的发展经验,分析 了国内、外高尔夫球运动和高尔夫球俱乐部的发展现状,并着重从宏观环境、 区域环境、行业环境和微观环境等四个方面分析了中国高尔夫球俱乐部发展战 略的内、外部环境及条件。 本文在环境分析的基础上,提出了中国高尔夫球俱乐部的发展战略思想, 确定了发展战略的目标和重点,制定了:/(一/)高尔夫球俱乐部发展的自然资源 有效利用和解决方案;/(二/)高尔夫球俱乐部发展布局与结构和规模与进度方案; /(三/)高尔夫球俱乐部及其关联产业的资源优化方案;/(四/)高尔夫球俱乐部对 社会经济、文明促进作用方案。 本研究注重贯彻创新的原则。在研究中,总结并提出了:/(一/)高尔夫球经 济理论和高尔夫球经济理论的“SEC”分析模式;/(二/)利用高尔夫球俱乐部的 发展促进我国城镇化建设,共同实现双赢的新思路;/(三/)建设城市高尔夫文化 公园,推广普及高尔夫球运动的新创意等。 In order to solve the problems such as lack of development planning, unreasonable industry structure, deficiency of natural resources , restriction of the economic developing condition, etc, which Chinese golf club face in their development; to provide a theoretical guideline for the health and continuous growth of the golf club, and to provide the related departments of our government with actual and accurate reference in making policy for the golf sport and the golf club development, guided by scientific development view, combining quantitative with qualitative, theoretical and practical, this thesis used comparative study and some thoughts, analytical methods and models such as golf economic theory, strategic management theory, the theory of industrial organization, the theory of industry politic ,etc. Drawing lesson from the developing experience of abroad, the thesis analyses the inside and external environment and conditions for the golf club in China through environment of macro, regional, industrial, and micro.On the basis of environmental analysis, the thesis puts forward the strategic thought for developing of the golf club, sets the aim and focus of the developing strategy, and makes the strategic scheme: I ,The solution to the effective utilizing of the natural resources. II, The project of layout, structure, scale and pace of the development of the golf club. Ill, The project of the resources sharing of the related field. IV,The scheme of effect the golf club to the social economy and development.Carrying out the principle of innovating, the thesis concludes and puts forward the innovations as follows: I, The golf economic theory and its analytical method of 'SEC'. II, The new concept of utilizing the golf club to promote the rural urbanization. Ill, The creative idea of building golf culture park and popularizing the golf sport.
