摘 要: 本文在双能源/(太阳能和电能/)控制技术方面进行了深入探索,采用模糊控制技术以PIC16F877单片机为核心,设计出太阳热水系统模糊控制器,并建立了测量、显示控制以及人机交互式的硬件电路,并通过硬件抗干扰措施,保证了电路工作的可靠性。 本文采用汇编语言,编制了模块化结构的模糊控制程序,成功实现了数据读取、处理、显示以及电磁阀和电加热器的控制等诸多功能,而且软件具有较强的抗干扰能力。 最后,本文在进行太阳热水器热工实验的基础上,修正并优化了控制器的控制规则,使其能够适应不同的工况条件,同时还总结了较合理的太阳能热水器控制器模拟实验方法。 Based on in-depth research on solar and electricity energy control technology,this paper designs a new controller for solar heater system with the core of PIC16F877 microcontroller using modern fuzzy control technology. Accordingly, a series of hardware electro circuit is also established in this paper, which can be used to measure and display and control and dialogize between customers and the controller. Furthermore, system reliability is well guaranteed by means of some hardware anti-jamming measures. Using PIC assemble language, this paper compiles structural fuzzy control computer program for the controller, which can successfully accomplish reading data, displaying data, dealing with data, controlling electromagnetic valve and heating equipments and so on. Besides, this software has a better ability of anti-jamming. Finally, on the basis of many thermal performance experiments of solar heater systems, this paper modifies and optimizes control rules of the fuzzy controller in order to adapt them to different practical working conditions. Reasonable simulation experimental methods are summarized for solar heater controller, too.
