摘　　要： 明洪武时期中国与安南大部分时间都保持着正常的中央与外藩的关系，直至 明永乐四年/(1406/)，成祖朱棣以多项罪名包括胡季嫠杀害前安南国王之孙陈天 平，发兵八十万讨伐安南，最终活捉胡氏父子，在安南的处置问题并未遵守太祖 朱元璋的意思，而将安南置为交趾布政使司，但到宣德三年/(1428/)最终被迫放 弃。笔者以这一时期/(洪武、永乐/)的中越关系发展和演变为题进行论述。 In the early time of Hong-Wu period，China had been friendly and normal relationship with Annam，which is now the northern Vietnam．China as a central kingdom，and Annam was one of his“Courtiers '.Such friendly relationship remained until the year of 1406． Yong-le emperor took a military action in Annam，with which according to twenty serious sins concerned by Hu Ji-Li and finally the Ho and his son named Hu han-cang were both taken alive，and sent to Nanjing．Yong-Le took the Annam as the part of Ming China，but Annam was finally abundant in 1427．I am trying to study on Hong-Wu and Yong-Le these two periods，which is the development of relationship between China and Annam．
