基于PLC的模糊-PI空调室温控制

摘  要: 随着现代科学技术高速发展,生物制药发展迅猛,为了适应市场需求,要求计划具有实时性和灵活性,同时又不能影响生产线的运行效率;PLC以其可靠性高、编程方便、配置灵活,在现代工业控制中得到十分广泛的应用,而空调控制对象复杂、干扰多,为了保证药品质量,采用能满足较高精度的温湿度要求、具有良好适应性的控制系统具有重要意义。 在温度控制过程中,本文引入模糊控制机理,根据系统的动态特性和行为,采用了对PI控制器的参数在线调整的方法。论文首先分析了恒温室的特性,并建立了整个恒温室控制系统模型;然后在此模型的基础之上,根据工程的实际情况,通过一定的简化建立了实际工程的模型;最后在实际模型的基础之上应用了模糊-PI算法,用PLC语言开发了模糊-PI控制器,应用到实际工程上。MATLAB模拟仿真和实测数据表明了该实际控制模型的正确性,应用结果表明在参数变化的情况下,模糊-PI控制在解决系统减少超调、缩短调节时间和良好适应性问题优于常规PI控制,在实际控制中达到良好的控制效果。 As the modern technology progresses at great speed, the pharmacy of biology develops rapidly accordingly. In order to meet the demands of the market, people have to make the plans in real time, flexible, and at the same time, having no affection on the productivity. PLC /(Programmable Logic Controller/) is applied widely in the field of control industry owing to its high dependability, free programming and flexible configuration. Because of the complexity and much disturbance of air conditioners system, in order to assure medicine quality, it is significant to adopt the control system, which can meet the requirement of temperature, humidity, and good adaptability. This thesis introduces the theory of fuzzy control in the course of temperature controlling; and adopts the means of modulating the parameters of Proportional-Integral-Controller according to dynamic features of the system. At first, the author thoroughly analyzes the characteristics of constant temperature room and builds the math model of the temperature control system. Then, based on these, the author establishes the math model of practical project by some simplification on the basis of actual situations, hi the end, by making use of the arithmetic of Fuzzy- Proportional-Integral, the author cultivates the Fuzzy-Proportional-Integral-Controller on PLC, and adopts it to practice. The simulation of MATLAB proves the correctness of model. The results of the application show the superiority of adopting Fuzzy- PI- Controller over conventional Pi-Controller in the aspects of reducing excess adjustment, abbreviating adjusting time and having good adaptability.
