摘　　要： 商业银行开展汽车消费信贷业务，对于促进汽车产业的发展、提高自身的业务素质具有重要意义。但由于我国商业银行对于现代意义上的风险管理概念不太了解，国际银行先进的风险管理方法还没有全面系统地被我国银行界掌握，在消费者贷款风险管理方面尤其经验不足，汽车消费贷款业务风险已渐露苗头，正成为该项业务健康发展的一大障碍。 目前，国际银行业运用先进的风险评估及风险控制系统对消费者贷款进行风险管理，使得银行坏帐率在最近几年有很大下降。西方国家商业银行对风险管理正向着数据化、模型化的方向发展。我国银行业有必要对此加以借鉴。 本文研究的出发点被定位在非系统性风险管理上，即对商业银行在开展汽车消费贷款业务过程中的内部风险进行分析，并通过制度和技术设计来控制与管理风险。 本文着力于应用性研究，理论研究和应用研究相结合；以定性分析为主，定量分析与定性分析相结合，并辅之以一定量的图表分析。 It's of an significance for commercial banks to develop business in car-purchasing loans , which can promote car industry and lift business quality of banking itself. Because commercial banks in our country know little the idea about modern risk management , grasp hardly the developed methods of risk management in international banking wholly and systematically , and lack experience with risk management of consumer loans , the risks of car-purchasing loans are becoming visible and hindering the business development. At present , international banking apply developed risk assessing and controlling system to manage risks , and cause bad debt ratio down extensively . The risk management in the western banking is developing to the dataization and modlization . It is necessary for our banking to learn from these above . The starting point of the thesis is oriented to nonsystematic risk management , i.e. , analyze the inherent risks of commercial banks with the car-purchasing loans , control and manage them by system- design and technology- design . The thesis concentrates on practical study, theoretical study combining with practical study ; qualitative analysis is principal , quantitative analysis combining with qualitative analysis ; and some illustrations are taken as subsidiary .
