摘 要: 新兴的国有大型电信企业CRC公司,拥有国内最大的固定铁路通信网,但是CRC海南公司自身的经济基础薄弱,且不具备其他省市分公司可依托的铁路原有通信资源的优势,因此弱小的CRC海南公司如何参与电信市场竞争,是本文提出的一个值得思索与探讨的问题。 本文认为:1、无论如何竞争,创造效益最重要,战略管理是创造效益和企业发展的根基。2、在日益多变的环境下,如何寻求和设计一种战略定位,是企业可持续发展的一个重要思考。3、与中国电信这样的领导品牌的竞争就是要站在它的对立面,寻求差异化定位,而不能把期望放在服务得更好上。 本文通过CRC海南公司成立后的运作描述,从企业在新的形势、新的发展方向上遇见的新的问题着手,分析了电信企业的战略生态环境,探讨CRC海南公司如何与既有的各电信运营商之间形成战略生态平衡。揭示了企业认识自身价值的方法和企业自身提升竞争力的途径。 CRC Company is a new developing large-scale state-run telecommunication enterprise, have domestic largest regular railway communication network. CRC Hainan Branch' s own economic base is weak, and does not possess the advantage of railways original communication resource that other branch can rely on. How does small and weak CRC Hainan Branch participate in the market competition of telecommunication? This is a question that is worth considering and probing into that this text is put forward. This paper thinks: 1, Competing in any case, the most important is that can create benefit. Strategic management is a foundation of creating benefit and enterprise' s development. 2, Under changeable environment day by day, how to seek and design a kind of strategy to orient, It is one of enterprise's sustainable development that thinks deeply importantly. 3, It is to stand in its opposite with the competition of the leading brand such as China Telecom. Seek difference ization make a reservation, can't put on serving kind expecting. This paper has described the operation after establishing of CRC Hainan Branch. The new problem that meets from enterprises on the new situation, new developing direction is set about. Having analyzed the strategic ecological environments of telecommunication enterprises. It is discussed how CRC Hainan Branch forms the strategic ecological balance with every telecommunication operator that has already had. Have announced the way that enterprises realize the method of one* s own value and enterprise oneself and promote.
