摘　　要： “以信息化带动工业化”是当今我国经济发展的重要国策之一，企业信息化更是国家信息化建设的重中之重，是提高企业管理水平，增强企业竞争力的重要战略措施。企业信息化是一项复杂的系统工程，既包括信息技术及信息系统在企业各部门乃至企业内外的有效应用，也包括企业管理体制的变革和信息化人才培养等诸多方面。 本文以企业信息化建设为主题，从企业信息化的定义、企业信息化的内容、企业信息化建设过程中应注意的问题三个方面进行了探讨，并在论述的过程中引用联想信息化建设的案例来提出和论证主要观点，目的是阐明企业信息化的主要概念，分析总结出一些企业信息化的成功关键因素，起码得到一些启发。 全文分为四部分，第一部分是企业信息化的定义及其内涵和外延。企业信息化，是指企业在管理和业务的各个层次和方面，使用现代信息技术和设备，建设应用系统和网络，开发利用企业内外信息资源，变革企业组织结构和业务模式，逐步实现企业运行的全面自动化，建成对市场快速反应的能力，从而提高企业经济效益和企业竞争力的过程。第二部分介绍企业信息化的主要范围和内容，按企业信息系统发展阶段的主要架构对CAD、CAPP、CAM、PDM、OA、MIS、DSS、CIMS、MRPⅡ／ERP、SCM、CRM、Intranet、Extranet、EC等信息技术和系统作了简要介绍。第三部分结合联想的信息化建设案例对企业信息化的意义、企业信息化的发展进程、企业信息化建设应注意的问题、政府应发挥的作用等四方面进行了重点论述，是本文的核心内容。第四部分相应于第三部分的论述观点提出了几点关于企业信息化建设的建议，仅供参考。 Industrialization driven by informationalization is one of the most important economic policies in China, while the key task is the informationalization of enterprises, which is a strategic step for the enhancement of company management and competitiveness in the market. Enterprises informationalization is a rather intricate systematic piece of work, including firstly the efficient application of information technology and information system to intra-departmental affairs and the enterprise out and in, secondly the reformation of managing system and thirdly the training program for informationalization and so on. The main point of the essay is the informationalization of enterprises infrastructure, presenting the definition and contents of enterprises informationalization and matters arising from the informationalizing process, with the case of Legend Group quoted to explain the concept and to analyze and summarize the key factors for the success of some companies in question. There are four parts in the essay. First, the definition, denotation and connotation of enterprises informationalization is presented. The definition is that information technology and relative devices are used to set up the application system and network in the company management and business sections so as to explore and utilize the maximum of information resources, to reform the company structure and business patterns, thus to make the entire operation fully automated and to form a fast reaction system to the market; therefore the efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise are pushed up. The second part is about the domain and contents of the enterprises informationalization. According to the different steps of company information system, I bring up a brief introduction to such information technology as CAD, CAPP, CAM, PDM, OA, MIS, DSS, CIMS, MRP II // ERP, SCM, CRM, Intranet, Extranet and EC.
