摘　　要： 教育工作是百年大计，然欲发挥教育之整体功能，以达成教育目标，诚有赖教育行政组织功能之提升。然而，过去本澳的学校行政运作普遍显得保守，权威主义色彩较为浓厚；而在学校行政运作过程中，又往往以校长个人意见作为校务决策的凭依。在这种种不利的因素下，过去中学教师参与学校管理的成效大家可想而知。 但随著时代之转变，教师参与学校管理已是大势之所趋，而且从国内外不同专家学者研究所得，学校行政当局如能安排适宜，教师参与学校管理确实能发挥正向的功能。故此本澳已越来越多学校纷纷朝向这一目标进行大大小小的行政革新，让教师们有更多参与学校管理的途径与机会。 故此，本研究是希望探讨现在本澳中学教师参与学校管理的现况，以及教师参与管理的意见，最後根据研究结果，提出具体建议，供学校行政机关作为实施及改进教师参与学校管理之参考。 本论文所探讨的问题主要有以下三个部分： 第一部分是探讨澳门中学学校管理的历史背景及发展； 第二部分是探讨澳门中学教师参与学校管理之现状与问题； 第三部分是探讨澳门中学教师参与学校管理的对策建议。 Education is a project of vital and lasting importance. To exert the holistic function of education relies on the promotion of educational administration. Generally, the school management in Macao was quite conservative and authoritative in the past time. Moreover, decision making in school management always depends on the principal's individual opinion. The effect of teacher participation in high school management is conceivable under such circumstance. Things change with time, teacher participation in high school management is a general trend. According to the studies of domestic and overseas specialist, teacher taking part in educational management do lead to positive outcome under proper arrangement of school authority. So, more and more high schools in Macao are heading this way, giving teacher chances to participate in school management through different kinds of reformation. Consequently, the main purposes of this study are to explore the current circumstance of teacher participation in high school management and the ideas of teachers themselves on Macao high school participatory management. According to the results of this study, idiographic suggestions will be given to school authority as references in applying and improving teacher participation in high school management. Three issues of this study can be outlined as follow: I Discussion about historical background and development of Macao high school management. II Discussion about current circumstances and problems of teacher participation in Macao high school management. III Discussion about the strategies of teacher participation in Macao high school management.
