摘　　要： 本文是一篇关于企业完成合并法定程序后，进行有效性整合的案例。本文分成两个部分，第一部分是案例正文，第二部分是案例分析。 案例部分真实记录了DOC公司和UKC公司合并前的历史状况、两公司合并后的整合过程以及在整合过程中出现的问题。重点描述了两公司合并后的公司战略、企业文化和人力资源等方面的整合情况和结果。 案例分析部分用理论和实证研究相结合的方法，借助战略管理、组织行为学、人力资源管理等学科的相关知识，通过分析DOC与UKC公司合并后通过整合实现协同的过程以及在这过程中存在的问题，尝试总结公司合并后，进行有效整合的关键因素和相应的措施。 This paper is a case study of two corporations that engaged in an effective integration after the juridical approval of their merger. It is divided into two parts, the first being the description of the case and the second the case analysis. The case veraciously recorded DOC and UKC 's integration after the merger and problems increased during the integration, as well as their history before the merger. It focused on the alignment of corporation strategies, integration of corporation cultures and human resources. The case analysis employed the approach of analysis that based on theory-and-fact combination. With the relevant knowledge of Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior and Human resources, author studied the process of the two companies' integration, which realized synergy, tried to conclude the key ingredients and relative action of a successful integration after merging.
