摘 要: 本文以隶属于W市空中交通管理局的通信导航处为背景,在分析该处生产运作管理中所面临问题的基础之上,给出了业务流程重组的具体方案。全文由案例描述和案例分析共两部分组成。 案例描述部分。介绍该处生产运作的具体细节,重点介绍了该处的组织结构、职能划分和工作流程。 案例分析部分。深入分析了该处生产运作中存在的设备维护流程、设备引进流程和备件供应保障体系中的不合理之处及其原因,进而给出基于业务流程重组理论的解决方案,最后就该方案给予了评估。 A business process reengineering solution for maintenance problems is given to the Telecommunication /& Navigation Maintenance Department, W City Air Traffic Management Bureau in this paper, which consists of two parts, Case Description and Case Analysis. the Case Description describes the details of its operation management, such as organizational structure, job tasks and operational processes. the Case Analysis is started by analyzing unreasonable processes in equipment buying, equipment maintenance and spare parts support system. Secondly, the related reasons are analyzed. Thirdly, a reengineered solution based on the Business Process Reengineering theory is introduced. Finally, the solution is evaluated.
