摘　　要： 本文由两部分所组成：案例和案例分析。 案例部分。作者描述了广州YQ公司总经理吕总在决策上、处理供应商、客户、下属员工的关系上、日常工作上的各种行为方式，以几位主要人物特别是S小姐的辞职为导火线，让人们去思考在短短的两年内迅猛发展并在行业中占据有利的竞争地位的YQ公司，却出现组织绩效问题这一矛盾的真正原因。 案例分析部分。应用有关组织绩效、企业家行为、组织行为学的理论，分析YQ公司存在的组织绩效问题，关键在于企业家行为不当，并从个人、组织、社会因素找出产生关键问题的主要原因，继而从个人提高和组织环境建设两方面提出解决关键问题的方案。 This paper consists of two parts: 'The case ' and 'the Case Analysis'. In the case, the author describes various behaviors of decision-making, relation-maintaining with suppliers, customers and employees and daily-working of General Manager Lu who is in charge of Guangzhou YQ Company. The resignation of several VIPs of the company especially Miss S calls our attention on exploring the reasons of poor organizational performance of YQ Company which has developed rapidly and enjoyed the advantages of competition in the industry. In case analysis, the key problem of the poor organizational performance was diagnosed as mistaken entrepreneur behaviors, analyzed by personal, organizational and social factors and cured by a prescription of self-improvement and organizational environment construction by means of relevant theories in Organizational Performance, Entrepreneur Behavior and Organizational Behavior.
