摘　　要： 本文主要由两部分组成：案例和案例分析。 案例部分：以调查掌握的材料为依据，在对广东飞达信息技术有限公司 的发展历史、现状、业务组成进行初步介绍的基础上，重点提示了该公司在 二次创业过程中由于内部组织结构的不适应性和工程作业过程管理的不规范 性而产生的种种问题。 案例分析部分：作者综合运用所学的MBA课程知识，尤其是管理学中的 决策、组织及控制理论，对案例中所描述的问题在理论高度上予以剖析，在 此基础上提出问题的解决方法及具体的实施方案。 The article consists of two parts: case presentation and case analysis. Case presentation: Relying on facts obtained from investigation, it primarily describes the growing process actuality and business structure of GuangDong F/&D information technology Ltd co.. it mainly shows the enterprise抯 existing problem during her secondary development, because of organization structure抯 unadaptability and engineer operations management抯 nonstandard ization. Case analysis: The author makes use of theory from MBA classes, especially decision梞aking organization structure and control theory of management, to analyze the case in theory. On the basis of it, the author puts forward the solution and particular scheme.
