新型LH乙苯脱氢催化剂的开发

摘  要: 苯乙烯是重要的有机化工单体,国内的苯乙烯供不应求,开发高效的乙苯脱氢催化剂势在必行。本文通过新晶相及其形成机理的研究、催化剂孔径的控制技术、元素组合新技术的开发和制备工艺的改进,成功开发出了新型LH乙苯脱氢催化剂,该催化剂通过等温评价、侧线评价和各种分析表征表明,该催化剂的乙苯转化率和苯乙烯收率均略优于进口催化剂,失活速率比进口催化剂慢,可替代进口催化剂在国内工业装置上长周期运转。 Styrene is an important basic organic chemical raw materials, the production of styrene couldn't meet the domestic demand, it's essential to develop a highly efficient catalyst for dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene. We have developed a new kind LH catalyst by the continuous research on crystalline phase and its formation mechanism, aperture controlling technology, element combination technology and process technology. Through isothermal device evaluation, lateral line device evaluation, analysis and characterization method, the new kind LH catalyst showed that ethylbenzene conversion and styrene yield of the new kind LH catalyst were slightly better than the imported catalyst, deactivation rate was slower than it, which the new kind LH catalyst can replace imported catalyst in domestic industrial plant on a long cycle operation.
