摘　　要： 当前,我国不少代工企业通过及时把握战略发展机遇,凭借低成本和其他要素禀赋优势已在全球价值链中谋取了一席之地。然而,企业要想在竞争日益激烈的市场中站稳脚跟并非易事,关键还在于发展创新。正如彼得·德鲁克所言,“不创新即灭亡”,这意味着创新对企业生存有着至关重要的作用。总的来说,创新是企业发展的不竭动力。企业唯有不断创新,才能始终保持发展优势。由于我国的代工企业大多依靠跨国公司的知识溢出来维持生存和发展,因此,整体上仍处于被俘获状态,一直徘徊在全球价值链低端环节。2008年国际金融危机的爆发,使我国代工企业遭受了严重的影响,不少企业出现了减产、停产甚至倒闭现象。由此,诸多学术界和企业界相关人士对代工企业的发展方向和路径选择展开了探讨和分析,继而指出技术创新才是代工企业发展的唯一出路。 然而全球经济一体化的逐渐加深和技术复杂性的不断提高加剧了企业开展技术创新活动的风险和难度。单个企业越来越难以凭借自身资源和能力单独完成创新任务。代工企业由于知识匮乏、技术低下等原因更是在开展技术创新过程中面临重重阻碍。因此,在全球化背景下,从企业外部获取技术、知识等资源成为了企业发展创新的重要途径。随着知识经济和价值链全球化的深入发展,全球经济增长方式和产业竞争格局发生了巨大转变,几乎所有的企业组织和经济活动都被嵌入到了全球网络当中。网络化逐渐成为企业发展的大势所趋。企业网络作为企业生存发展的依存环境,为企业发展创造条件的同时也带来了一定的挑战。其中最突出的一个问题就是企业应如何对网络环境和网络关系进行把控与管理,这就涉及到了企业网络能力的培养。也就是说,网络能力会对技术创新产生一定的影响。而根据知识管 At present, with the advantages of low cost and other factor endowments, many Chinese OEM enterprises seek a place in the global value chain by grasping the strategy development opportunity. However, it is not easy for them to gain a firm foothold in the increasingly competitive market. The key still lies in the development of innovation. As Peter Drucker said,'innovate or die', which means that innovation has a vital role on the enterprise survival. In general, innovation is an inexhaustible motive force for enterprise development. In order to maintain development advantages, enterprises have to innovate constantly. Since Chinese OEM enterprises survive and develop mainly through absorbing the knowledge spillover from multinational companies, most of them have been trapped and remain at the lower end of the global industrial chain. With the outbreak of the2008international financial crisis, Chinese OEM enterprises suffered serious impacts, many of them encountered the problems of reducing or stopping production, and even collapse. For these reasons, lots of scholars and entrepreneurs make a discussion and analysis about the development direction and path selection of OEM enterprises, then point out that technological innovation is the only way for them to develop. However, with the acceleration of global economic integration and the increasing complexity of technology, the risk and difficulty for enterprises to carry out the technological innovation activities have increased. It has become more and more difficult for a single enterprise to complete the innovation task. Due to lack of knowledge and technology, OEM enterprises face many more obstacles in the process of technological innovation. As a result, in the context of globalization, capturing technology, knowledge and other resources from outside the enterprises becomes an important way for them to develop.
